It is located in a very quiet street and 5 minutes from downtown where you can find the market, taxis and public transportation.
Twenty minutes from Lisbon airport.
The caparica coast is a good area for water sports like surfing.
This villa is ideal for large families in search of a holiday near the beach.

In the month of August next to the house happens the festival "The sun of caparica" where only Portuguese bands play.
