We offer in "Villa Sterlizia" apartment "Arancio", independent, but part of a single three-family villa with an outdoor park of about 1500 square meters.
It is located on a hill, surrounded by greenery, 10 minutes walk from the Grande Beach of Lacona you can find fine sand, peace and tranquility.
Located in the center of the island, it allows you to reach the main centers in less than 15 minutes by car (Portoferraio, Capoliveri, Portoazzurro ...).
The Arancio apartment is on the ground floor and is part of an independent house, located in the middle of a large garden with forty year old plants.
Recently renovated, very comfortable, TV SAT, Air conditioning / heating, 4 beds (all in the same room or in the living room with sofa bed), private bathroom. Private outdoor gazebo that allows you to appreciate the surrounding garden, very large and quiet.
At guests' disposal the Barbecue, also a comfortable outdoor hot shower (in the cabin), the free washing machine, a bike / dog washing area; large private parking.

Complete linen kit (sheets + towels) ON REQUEST 15 euros per person.

Thanks to the knowledge of the place the owners will be happy to recommend places to visit, facilitating the practice of many sports activities, such as diving, fishing, hiking, sailing, mountain biking, climbing and triathlon.

Clean and lovingly prepared

We had the best stay with Anna and Roberto. Thank you so much! The communication was just uncomplicated, friendly, and supportive. Everything was easy. The apartment is tiny and has everything we needed. The hosts put so much love and effort into everything they do that it was easy to enjoy our stay. The location is perfect. It's super quiet. A lot of space to run around for the kids. The walk to the beach goes through Orti di Mare (camping spot), where during the season great vegetables and food is offered. We went before the season started and were grateful for the heaters, which worked perfectly. We definitely will come back.

Excellente situation et accueil chaleureux !

Très joli appartement aménagé avec tout le confort nécessaire donnant sur un grand jardin. A 10 minutes à pied de la plage de Lacona et idéalement situé pour visiter toutes les plages de l'île. L'accueil de Roberto est extrêmement chaleureux, il prendra le temps de vous renseigner sur les endroits à voir en fonction de vos souhaits et sera à votre disposition pour tout conseil ! Nous avons passé une super semaine avec mon amie et notre chien, également accueilli avec gentillesse. La location idéale pour vos vacances sur l'Ile d'Elbe !

Felici e soddisfatti

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'appartamento arancione le prime due settimane di agosto e non possiamo che dirci soddisfatti: la casa e' assolutamente conforme alla descrizione e il suo punto di forza e'' lo spazio esterno, vivibile in tutto e per tutto anche grazie alle stupende giornate e alle dotazioni incluse. L'interno e' perfetto e fornito di tutto e anche di più, oltre a essere pulito e ordinato. La spiaggia più vicina, spaziosa e di sabbia, dista circa 10 minuti a piedi. La differenza, in positivo, e' data dalla disponibilità e dalla simpatia non comune del proprietario e della sua famiglia. La consiglierei sicuramente e spero di tornarci, questa volta per un tempo maggiore!

Il posto per noi perfetto

Per noi e per le nostre tre bimbe (2-5-10 anni) il soggiorno presso la casa di Roberto è stato l'ideale. Ciò che ho apprezzato di più è stata la tranquillità del posto. Il gazebo ci ha permesso di mangiare sempre all'aperto e il giardino è il luogo adatto per i bimbi. C'è sicuramente da aggiungere che roberto è sempre stato disponibile e a dir poco gentilissimo. L'appartamento gode di una grande stanza dove poter dormire tranquillamente tutti insieme e in soggiorno e cucina c'è in aggiunta un divano letto molto comodo. Sicuramente consiglio questo luogo per le vacanze. Lacona è in un punto stategico per poter girare l'isola da un ottimo punto di partenza. Ci ritorneremo!

Entspannung pur in schönster Lage

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die geschäftliche Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter war problemlos, unkompliziert und informativ. Die Wohnung ist freundlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet,sehr gepflegt, der Garten und die Außenanlage großzügig, auch für Kinder geeignet.Die ganze Anlage ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

VACANZA ALL'ELBA CON LE MIE DUE RAGAZZE: TANTO DIVERTIMENTO E MOLTA TRANQUILLITA'. ERO PREOCCUPATA DEL CAOS ED INVECE HO TROVATO UN'ACCOGLIENTISSIMA CASETTA ACCANTO AL MARE MA NELLA PIU' PIACEVOLE SERENITA'. CI SI PUO' DIMENTICARE DELL'AUTO MA SI POSSONO ANCHE VISITARE MILLE ANGOLI NASCOSTI. LA CASETTA HA TUTTO CIO' CHE SERVE ED ANCHE I PROPRIETARI SONO STATI DEI VICINI GENTILISSIMI E DISPONIBILI! la vacanza perfetta per 2 famiglie!!!

Cercavamo semplicemente due case abbastanza vicine per trascorrere le vacanze con i nostri migliori amici (4 adulti e 4 bimbe) e invece abbiamo trovato la soluzione perfetta!!! Due appartamenti curatissimi adiacenti e un grande giardino privato x lasciar giocare le nostre bimbe in tutta sicurezza!! Particolarmente apprezzata dalle piccole la sabbiera attrezzata e dagli adulti il barbecue!!! La posizione degli appartamenti è perfetta sia per i "vacanzieri stanziali" (la rinomata spiaggia di Lacona è a 10 min. a piedi) che per chi come noi ama macinare km in macchina per vedere più spiagge possibili ( mai fatto più di mezz'ora di macchina!!!) . Ah un ultima cosa non preoccupatevi di acquistare guide e cartine dell' isola, il proprietario di casa (il mitico Roby) vi saprà consigliare su qualsiasi cosa riguardi l' Elba in maniera super dettagliata!!!

UNA BELLA VACANZA ALL'INSEGNA DEL RELAX

A giugno abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze in questo luogo,e prima di partire avevamo molti dubbi su cosa avremmo trovato. Oggi possiamo dire che è stato un soggiorno perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. Appartamento ben curato, pulito accessoriato con tutto il necessario per il massimo confort, proprietari molto ospitali, disponibili per ogni esigenza (grazie a Loro abbiamo potuto risolvere anche alcuni problemi di carattere personale senza dover rientrare a casa prima del tempo prenotato). Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l'ampio spazio esterno la casa che ci ha permesso di trascorrere giornate piacevoli anche quando, non essendo noi più giovanissimi, non avevamo voglia di andare in giro o alla spiaggia.Oggettivamente il posto è molto più bello di come appare nelle fotografie e ci sentiamo di consigliarlo tranquillamente ad amici e parenti per trascorrere come noi una bella vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità e del relax

Una Favola per cinque!

Ragazzi, che bellezza! La nostra famiglia è composta da 3 fanciulle di 9, 10 e 15 anni, e da noi due, Silva e Renato. Abbiamo soggiornato nella bellissima casa blu per ben 2 settimane, dal 27 giugno all' 11 luglio. L' appartamento è composto da una grande cucina, molto ben attrezzata, con un divano letto molto comodo. Grande camera da letto dove possono dormire comodamente 4 persone. Il bagno è situato tra la cucina e la camera da letto. Il pezzo forte della casa, a mio modesto parere, è la veranda esterna....semplicemente incantevole. E per chi ama farsi baciare dal sole è a disposizione un terrazzino ubicato sopra la casa, fornito di ombrellone e lettini. Il padrone di casa, il Signor Roberto, si è dimostrato subito molto disponibile; siamo stati accolti da un amico e non da uno sconosciuto! La casa è immersa nel verde, lontana dal caos, ideale x un soggiorno all' insegna della tranquillità. Con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 10 minuti, si arriva al mare.....la bellissima spiaggia di Lacona! Questo soggiorno mi ha regalato, oltre che la possibilità di visitare posti fiabeschi, la pace e la serenità; Roberto ci ha coccolati ed è stato un ottimo padrone di casa sempre pronto ad esaudire le nostre richieste. Ci Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti voi!!!!! Un saluto caro a Roberto e alla sua famiglia. Grazie ancora per tutto! Giulia, Aurora, Sibilla, Silva e Renato.

accogliente e confortevole

Siamo stati una settimana in questa bellissima isola a meta` settembre... ancora piu` bello e` stato essere accolti da un gentilissimo padrone di casa che ci ha fornito innanzitutto le dritte necessarie a godere di tutte le spiagge piu` belle e i posti piu` incantevoli e poi ci ha accolti in un gradevolissimo appartamento: (noi abbiamo scelto quello arancione) pulito (per noi fondamentale), accogliente, con tutte le comodita`, ristrutturato,cucina con molti utensili, microonde e frigo pulitissimi , camera da letto comoda e piena di spazio per riporre i vestiti. Per farla breve le foto che vedete nell'annuncio sono assolutamente corrispondenti alla realta` : appartamento spazioso e molto carino. Per non parlare dello spazio esterno gradevole e tranquillo. E` garantita la massima autonomia durante la vacanza e anche l'assoluta discrezione del proprietario. Si riposa benissimo perche` in un luogo silenzioso. Insomma non possiamo che dire che ci ritorneremo sicuramente e che la prossima volta sceglieremo l'appartamento blu! :)

Che dire? Perfetto!

Siamo stati per due settimane ospiti di Roberto e della sua splendida famiglia e ci siamo davvero sentiti come a casa. L'appartamento è perfetto: pulito, comodo, silenzioso e funzionale, non manca nulla; immerso nel verde, a due passi dal mare e con comodo parcheggio; ed anche la posizione è strategicamente equidistante da ogni punto di interesse dell'isola. Appena possibile torneremo di certo a trovarli. Davvero consigliato!
