Beautiful apartment with sea views, communal pool with solarium, garden leisure area and access to the sea. The communal area has swings, ping-pong table, parking and all kinds of amenities to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava. The location is in an idyllic setting with easy access to the main coves and beaches in the area.

The accommodation is on the 3rd floor of the building and has a living-dining room with access to the furnished balcony, independent kitchen, a bedroom with a bed 120 wide by 1.90 long and a bunk bed made up of 2 beds of 90 cm and a bathroom with a half bath. It also has a sofa bed in the living area.

We will also find an extensive list of additional services and amenities:

what a nice spot

We enjoyed our time in San Feliu as the location was quite beautiful. However the matresses need to be changed as they are old and not confortable. But everything else in the appartement is fine.

L'appartement est très bien situé, au dessus d'une baie, avec un joli point de vue et pas trop loin du village, environ 1 km à pied. Il est agréable pour 2 personnes, maximum 3 adultes. Par contre, il n'est pas possible de faire correctement la cuisine car les plaques à inductions ne chauffent que très peu.

Très belle vue, bel extérieur, des choses à revoir dans l'appartement

Nous avons passé de belles vacances à St Feliu. La vue sur la mer est magnifique et l'extérieur très agréable (piscine, terrasses avec parasols en bois, accès à la mer...). L'appartement est correct. L'odeur de renfermé domine, notamment dans la chambre et dans les tiroirs et placards de la cuisine. Il est presque impossible de dormir dans le clic-clac : le matelas est complètement usé et donne mal au dos. Au bout d'une nuit, nous avons préféré tous dormir dans la petite chambre. La terrasse est agréable.

Mieux vaut ne pas prévoir de dormir sur le clic-clac : le matelas est complètement usé. Les ustensiles de cuisine n'avaient manifestement pas été utilisés/nettoyés depuis longtemps.

Appartement agréable et vue magnifique

Sant Feliu est une petite ville de la Costa brava qui est restée sauvage avec ses petites criques. L'appartement est situé dans une résidence privée avec concierge. Les extérieurs, espaces verts et la piscine sont très bien entretenus. Il y a un accès par une échelle directement à la mer (idéal pour plonger). Pour les accros du Web, depuis peu il y a l'accès au WIFI en bas de l'immeuble. L'appartement est situé au 3ème étage avec vue sur mer. Il a un grand balcon avec store banne. L'appartement est très propre, la literie est correcte. Le plus de la location a été pour nous, la fourniture des draps et le ménage en fin de séjour... La résidence se situe sur les hauteurs de San Feliu, à 10minutes à pied du centre ville et de la plage principale. Mme MARQUEZ est une personne disponible et joignable. Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour cette location. De très bon souvenirs en famille.

Geheimtipp mit Blick auf die "wilde Küste"

Kaum eine andere Appartmentanlage bietet solch einen kompletten Blick auf die ursprüngliche Costa Brava - die "wilde Küste". Gemeint sind die ca. 10 km zwischen Tossa del Mar und Sant Feliu, fast durchgehend aus schroffen Felsen und schwer zugänglichen Buchten mit großen, runden Steinen. Perfekt zum Schnorcheln. Große Fischschwärme, Tintenfische und sogar ein Rochen schwamm vorbei. Die Lage ist ideal. Von einer kleinen Plattform mit Leiter kann man direkt ins Meer springen, vorausgesetzt man kann schwimmen. Die Wassertiefe liegt gleich bei bis zu 10 Metern. Das Panoramio-Foto http://www.panoramio.com/photo/10990813 vermittelt einen Eindruck. Einige Freizeitboote ankern tagsüber im Umfeld. Der Bereich ist nur für Bewohner der Anlage zugänglich. Die ist sehr gepflegt. Hausmeister und Gehilfe warten jeden Morgen den Pool, harken die Liegeflächen, wässen Rasen und Beete. Auch der Spielplatz ist in gutem Zustand. Innerhalb der Anlage "Senya Salvi" sind auch noch weitere Appartments zu vermieten, u.a. 6667705 und 6116329. Man trifft u.a. Katalanen und Franzosen, die sich hier eine Zweitwohnung zugelegt haben. So hat man mehr den Eindruck, in einem Privathaus zu sein als in einer Ferienanlage. Gelegentlich tönt Live-Musik vom benachbarten Hotel "Eden Rock" herüber. Und man unterhält sich natürlich bis in die Nacht auf den Balkons. Insgesamt ist es aber ruhig. Dieses Appartment wurde uns sauber übergeben. Bereits mittags konnten wir einziehen. Die Küche wirkte recht neu. Bad und Küche sind eng, aber ausreichend. Auch das Doppelbett ist für zwei Personen etwas schmal. Dafür gibt es aber auch das Sofa. Der Ort Sant Feliu ist eine gute Wahl für alle, die auch etwas von Katalonien mitbekommen wollen. Die lebendige Altstadt bietet viel Gastronomie uns Shops. Aber es sind eher die Einheimischen, die hier flanieren. Internationaler Tourismus spielt hier keine allzu große Rolle. Ins Zentrum sind es zu Fuß nur gut 10 Minuten. Dort liegt auch der Stadtstrand, der gut frequentiert und sauber ist.
