Great seaside accommodation

Lovely modern 3 bedroom apartment with modern kitchen and lovely bathrooms (all 3 of them) in what for us was a great location. Only complaint was we woke up one morning, and opened the blinds in the lounge to find painters in the back garden painting the house, luckily I had my pyjamas on! A bit of warning would have been nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Beautiful, light-filled apartment in lovely little town

Apt 1 Trearren is a lovely place to spend a holiday. The living room is beautifullly light-filled with comfortable furniture and books and board-games for a whole family. The kitchen is well-equipped (you don't often get champagne flutes or baking equipment in a holiday apartment!) and three bathrooms means that even a family with teenagers won't struggle (though the very low water pressure means that more than one shower at a time might be problematic). We were there in very cold weather and snow, but the central heating coped magnificently - we were very cosy. Having dedicated parking makes all the difference - no long walks with shopping or fractious children - and the garden, though small, is well enclosed and safe for little ones. St Agnes itself is a delight with lovely places to eat and shop and walks on both headlands that you can do without needing to jump in your car. Summer or winter, we would highly recommend Trearren!

Why they chose this property

We've holidayed here all our lives. We love St Agnes and the surrounding area and return as often as we can.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is spacious and was renovated at the beginning of 2017. We refitted the kitchen, retiled and refitted both ensuites and changed the living areas to accommodate an extra bedroom with ensuite. We also refitted the bathroom in early 2018 which completes the apartment - for now!
The apartment is walking distance to some of the best pubs, bars and restaurants in the land. One restaurant is so close we have to make a detour on the way home just for the walk.
