This fully equipped one bedroom apartment is a block away from the Champs Elysees closed to the Franklin Roosevelt metro station. It is located at the first level (second American) of a XIX century building with only courtyard views and therefore is quiet. The building is very secure and has an elevator.

The one bedroom consists of a living room with a couch sleeping two and a table for four , a bedroom with king size bed ( 180 * 200 cm or 72 * 80 inches ), a bathroom with large shower, toilets, basin, a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/drier and a walk in closet.

The apartment comes with free WI-Fi and free cable TV.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than ten minutes) to the Champs Elysees ( exactly 4 minutes) , Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, rue du Faubourd Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees Presidential Palace or Madeleine/Opera. It is a lovely walk (less than 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 5 minutes) to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre. Franklin Roosevelt, the nearest metro station is on line 1 and 9.

The area is very safe. This is where most of the four stars hotels of Paris are located. There is a wide range of restaurants and a number of supermarkets in the immediate neighborhood

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.

Spent a week with 2 teenage children. Pros: location - easy metro stops, blocks from Champs, property manager responsive.Cons: couch is broken and dirty, shower is a mess - mold on ceiling and doesn’t drain well, courtyard motion sensor light shines DIRECTLY into bedroom and even with metal shutters closed, it woke us up each time someone came or went.

Perfect location

For two people this is the perfect apartment for a long stay. Kitchen perfect, you can actually cook if you want. We would have breakfast some mornings. Bedroom and bed very comfortable. Bathroom perfect for two, great shower. And the living room dining room great place to work or relax. Very private. On the weekends it can be a little noisy but during the week no problem. We had no problem sleeping. It felt like home and Oliver was the perfect contact with great advice. Highly recommended

Great place

Not enough hot water for barely 2 showers. No written instructions for a confusing washer dryer. Oliver was very helpful but we still couldn’t quite figure it out. It’s great to have a washer dryer available. Plan plenty of time to do your laundry. The location is The “Best” for getting anywhere easily. The elevator works great. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Oliver met us when we arrived to give us great information and always responded quickly to any questions we had. It was my cousin and I who stayed there and we would rent again next time we are in Paris. It was a great 6 day trip!

Paris getaway

We enjoyed our stay - only a couple minor complaints were that the shower water became cold before both of us were able to take a shower at a time and it was very cold this past weekend in Paris so the apartment itself was cold getting out of a cold shower. For the price of this listing, we’d have appreciated hot water for both of our showers. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and the communication with the Host was very easy. He was very hospitable and we appreciated him providing a crib for our baby.

Tough to beat this location, basically a 2 minute walk to endless restaurants and shops. The apartment sits in a quite courtyard was very spacious for paris standards and had everything you needed even a waher/dryer combo that we could actually figure out. The host was great, met us to answer any questions and even allowed us to drop our bags early in the day. Couldnt have asked for more.

The place is perfect for two if you want to be near many of the main attractions in the 8th and 9th arrondissements. The bathroom is a bit small but has been completely updated. There isn’t a lot of light but hopefully you’re out at night enjoying the amazing Paris restaurants.

Extremely knowledgeable Host-Oliver! Explained the appliances, the neighborhood , grocery, bakery etc Valuable info for a weeks stay. The flat was clean, bed comfortable , building access perfect. Great location, and Paris in a stay.

This apartment is in a great location, central to all the sights and transit. The host has wonderful recommendations and gave great directions for a first timer. Once you have the keys, you are fully immersed in Parisian life. The only thing holding you back will be a need for sleep from burning the candle at both ends.

Perfect location

The location is perfect! The Champs Elysee is an easy walk. There are two different Metro lines easily accessed from the apartment. Restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries are also right there. On top of that, Olivier made everything from first contact to check-in through check-out extremely easy. The only downside is noise. As some other renters noted, there is a club or restaurant nearby which is loud until 2:00 am. One morning, this was followed up by a loud group of children at 6:00 am. As long as you don’t expect a quiet, peaceful respite, you will love this city apartment. Pro tip: bring your own shampoo, but if you forget, the store is nearby.

My husband and I returned to Paris for a week and stayed in the beautiful, well maintained, very clean and in a perfect location apartment. Olivier was the perfect host! Very responsive, and thorough uoon move in. We couldn't have had a nicer stay. The bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is modern, with a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster over, microwave, dishwasher, everything one needs for a perfect easy stay. The courtyard is beautiful and quiet it is truly 5 stars here!

Great Location

This was a great flat a few min walk to Champs, great neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Very walkable to many of the sites. The apt was big and spacious so that was a plus, with a really nice shared courtyard. The check process and communications was a breeze. Oliver was very easy to work with and prompt responses. The apt did feel a little tired and could use some updating with the furniture. Other than than it was great for us.
