Absolutely stunning property! Truly special and the neighborhood is gorgeous.One small thing, I feel like the place could use a deep clean, specifically in the kitchen.Otherwise everything was perfect and it was such a lovely girls weekend

Everything was amazing!

Our stay at this property was amazing! Everything was great. Only downside was that the hot tub didn't ever get hot and some of the bedroom doors lock without being able to get in once locked out.. Probably user error on the second one

Beautiful property and gorgeous views. Plenty of room for all of us. Only issue was the lack of hot water. We had 10 people staying in the house but if you weren’t one of the first 2 to shower you had to take a cold shower.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We had such an amazing time at Casa Hermosa Villa! We were two families with college age, young adult kids - 10 total. Pool, Hot Tub, Rooftop were all highlights! Hermes & Rocio took great care of us and cooked exceptional meals! We were able to enjoy nice dinners out at nearby Ritz and JWMarriott Hotels. Flora Farms and Acre were also great places to eat that were close by! Beach club is wonderful - great food & service - it's a 15 min walk (with hills). Golf course is close but too far to walk with clubs. I would definitely recommend renting a car or at least a golf cart. We used Puntazul transportation to/from airport and they were exceptional. The Puerto Los Cabos area and especially the Fundadores neighborhood were beautiful and very safe. We would definitely go back again!

Casa Hermosa Villa

This home was spectacular and exceeded the needs of our 12 guests. It is located in a very secure location - our wives had no worries whatsoever about walking to the Club or along the beach. It is very close to the golf course and overall - I would give it a full five star rating. The chef prepared a wonderful meal for us at the house and she and her husband could not have been more gracious and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

A wonderful stay with girlfriends

We stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate a close friends 50th birthday. The home has everything we needed and more! The walking proximity to the beach club was fantastic and the onsite pool and hot tub combo was a total hit! The chef team was so easy to plan and work with and all the transportation needs were a breeze. Thank you for opening your beautiful home we will cherish our memories forever!

Wedding gathering

This villa was a fabulous place for 13 friends and family to gather. Most wedding guests stayed at the Marriott, but Casa Hermanos was by far the best! Rocio and Hermes were wonderful and Kim was a good communicator answering all our questions before our stay. The wedding at Flora Farms was magical. We hope to return.

Fantastic experience

This house was fantastic for our family as we gathered for a wedding. 12 adults stayed with plenty of room. We watched whales and sunrises from the rooftop terrace and had gorgeous walks on the beach. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Communication was excellent and responsive. My only 4 star is because the description doesn't do justice to how amazing the house is.

A perfect Cabo villa

The house was more impressive than the photos! Plenty of indoor/outdoor space to relax, with fun surprises like a swim up bar and a deep end in the pool. The house manager was perfectly responsive and also cooked for us a few nights, which was such a worthwhile splurge! We would recommend this house to all of our friends.

Perfect family vacation

From airport pick up to house arrival of groceries; rocio’s attention to detail and Communication with Angel, we had an amazing time at this beautiful home! Short walk to beach club. Issue with propane was taken care off and we all enjoyed the amazing pool and watched whales breaching! The roof deck at night is so beautiful! Would definitely go Back!

Fundadores Rocks

This was our second time at a house in a fundadores. Proximate to golf, the beach club, San Jose, Flora Farms, Acre. Great property. 6BR plus basement bedroom which we didn’t use. I already booked it again next year. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful experience. Views, cleanliness, pool all top notch. Mattresses were all comfortable with good quality linens etc. Rosa (chef) is amazing. She and Martha made several dinners (for larger groups) that were amazing. Their service was top notch. Would recommend them 100%. Roof top seating is fantastic for star gazing or wrapping up the day with a glass of wine. We plan on coming back!

A Vacation to Remember

My husband, daughter, her husband, and my five grandkids had a FABULOUS week at the villa! It lived up to our very high expectations- the pool and hot tub were frequently filled with very happy kids. The beach club access was a huge perk - we had dinner there twice. Rocio made our dinner at the villa 3 nights-fantastic delicious authentic food. Everyone was gracious, friendly and helpful. The views from patios and the delightful roof top were spectacular! Whale watching while drinking morning coffee - hard to beat. I received excellent communication throughout the landing process as well. Would love to go back 😎

Great Spot to Enjoy and Relex

We had seven of us stay in this beautiful house just outside of San Jose De Cabo. We loved the pool with the bar and the great room area. Also, all the bedrooms were very nice and had very comfortable beds. The views were amazing and the nieghborhood and community are top notch. We got access to the beach club (included in the stay) and enjoyed the golf course at the community as well. We also employed the cooking of Rocio (the house manager). She was an amazing cook and cooked twice for us at the house. She made us the best fajitas I ever had in my enitre life and for the 2nd night she made us one of her signature mexican dishes. You don't have to go off the menu she provides...she can do so much more!!! Wow!! I loved it!

Excellent - loved our stay here!

This is an incredible home in beautiful San José del Cabo. This amazing property is well maintained inside and out. We came with our group of 8 adults and loved everything about our stay in paradise! Each couple had a large, ample bedroom with comfortable King bed and private bath. One room has a private tunnel to the pool which was super cool and fun. We spent plenty of time lounging and relaxing on the large, outdoor patio with plenty of seating and a swim up bar which makes the pool extra fun. We watched the sunset every evening while relaxing and having drinks--incredible views!! The kitchen is well stocked if you are cooking. The owner recommended a chef that comes and cooks for the whole group for breakfast, lunch and dinner which made all the difference! Our breakfasts were delicious and we especially loved all the tropical, fresh fruit we ate each day. The lunches and dinners were excellent, they included amazing coconut shrimp and fresh caught fish. We also went on excursions including ziplining, swimming with dolphins and riding horses on the beach. For other entertainment we went into Cabo, very happy we stayed in San Jose del Cabo because it distanced us from the party atmosphere of Cabo. There is a beach club on the property that offers a full gym, restaurant and golfing. The golf course is one of the best I’ve ever played – well thought out, beautiful and includes all you can eat and drink. The house is on the 7th hole. Others in our group went fishing out of the marina and caught their 1st marlin. This is a unique, beautiful property and would be an incredible getaway for any group! We can’t wait to come back and stay at this property again.

Perfect home for relaxation

This is a beautiful, well-equipped home in an outstanding development near San José. The homes in the neighborhood are mostly in the $3M-$6M range, and have incredible views and landscaping. Everything in the neighborhood is very well-maintained and there are two security gates that must be passed through to get back to the neighborhood. The beach club is very convenient with a full gym and pool and restaurant. It is also very well-kept and managed. The neighborhood is also very convenient to the Puerto Los Cabos golf course. The house itself is very large and as has been stated in previous reviews, the photos do not do it full justice. The views are incredible and the house comes with everything you need for a vacation. Since it is a 6-bedroom home, there probably are not enough lounges (4) for the pool deck for a larger group. The main area of the home is not air-conditioned, however all of the doors and windows open. We never felt warm in the main area as a result of breezes and temperatures in the low 80s. The home is clean and everything worked perfectly. The only issue that we had was relatively poor communication. We were not told that we had to pass through security gates to get to the home and were not told the address of the home, so had to call to get the address in order to get through the security gates. We were also not aware that maid service was included (nice surprise) and would have planned to be away from the house the day that the maids came. The same with the pool cleaners, who came twice during our stay. Better instructions and communication from the property manager would definitely improve the experience, which is an easy fix. We had dinners prepared by Rosie on the night of our arrival and the food was excellent.

Beautiful views!

Stunning views of the ocean! My friends and I stayed here during the off-season (end of Aug.) and it was hot, but the pool had bits of shade throughout the day and we were thankful for that. The main house does not have any air conditioning, so keep that in mind! With the heat, hard to cook anything, enjoy a meal together in the house, etc. The cross breeze in the evening is what you depend on the most to carry some coolness into the house. The construction next door never bothered us! The photo of the twin beds is in a basement/wine cellar area with no windows so no one stayed down there. We had a lot of issues with the doors, but again - Could be the heat/humidity but we were also told it happens semi-often... The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were fine. The house manager is super responsive and we were super appreciative of Rocio! Very nice and always willing to help! The rooftop is amazing to see the stars at night, this house is in a fantastic location!

Amazing Family vacation! Highly recommend! :)

The property is exactly as shown. Pool was a huge hit as well as the BEACH CLUB you can walk to if you want. Rosio is an excellent cook and highly recommend you use her for meals! We did breakfast out, and had lunch/dinner in - was perfect for us! When I need a place to stay in CABO again, i will rebook ! Thank you Angel for a smooth stay and all help prior to arrival.

Absolutely Amazing !

My friends and I went to Cabo to celebrate a Bachelorette party. It was quite a large group so we wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, convenient, and comfortable for our large group of 12. I do not have words to express how perfect this house was. From the second we found it and began the booking - communication was smooth. Angel Cadena was our main point of contact and he helped us with absolutely everything. I have never had someone reply to a request so quickly. He is on it. The house itself is GORGEOUS. We were nervous because we read that there was a lot of construction but we werent bothered at all by any noise. We spent so much time by the gorgeous pool and admired sunsets from the terrace. We also had Rocio, the chef, cook for us a couple of the days and everything was so delicious. She accomodated for some of my friends who didnt eat specific things. She was so helpful and her cooking is delicious. Highly recommend. Also, the private property where the house is at is gorgeous. We took a long walk by the private beach and admired the landscaping and houses surrounding. Very safe and beautiful. We were so sad to go and wished we couldve stayed longer. The whole experience was magical and if we have another trip - we will definitely stay here again. Gracias Angel, Rocio y todos los que hicieron nuestra experiencia inolvidable.

Great Home with a few caveats.

We had a great stay here. It’s a lovely home and accommodated our 2 families very well. Communication was great and the staff on site was excellent. This is a great house for large groups. It’s basically set up intentionally that way and can house a ton of people. It’s actually not as well set up for families with kids as the rooms are sort of spread out and there is no way to limit access to the pool. There is significant construction next door. It didn’t really bother us but I’m sure on certain days it can get pretty loud. Cons: House feels a bit like it’s been a rental property for years and is showing the type of wear that creates. Two main master bedrooms have a bunch of cheap extra beds in the rooms, gives a bit off a ‘boarding house’ feel. Kitchen is well equipped for the basics but is not gourmet equipped, serious cooks might be disappointed. The instruction book in the house is sparse. Some stuff seemed out of date. The twin bedroom is in what used to be a wine cellar and is basically a windowless cave. Outdoor patio furniture was pretty beat up. Holes burned in breakfast table. Chaises falling apart a bit. There was a bad smell coming from the laundry that didn’t go away. Host addressed it but it kept coming back. Wifi only worked in main area of house. The sound system is in need of an update. It works, but you’re going to have to mess around with it to figure it out. We couldn’t get the bluetooth to work and luckily had an iPad we could just plug straight into the system. We couldn’t find remote for bedroom TV. Can’t really lock up house. Pros: The pool is AWESOME. Several features not described here include jumping platform off roof and secret tunnel to one of the rooms! My kids flipped over the pool. Roof deck is amazing in terms of view and setup. Would be a fantastic place to hold an event. Fundadores community is unparalled in terms of location and safety. Beach club is great. Perfect place for a drink or easy lunch. They had an Easter egg hunt and activities for our kids to attend that were super fun. Main living area is very welcoming and a lovely place to hang out. Again - well suited to groups. Hosts were very helpful and communicative. Great price/performance ratio overall. Views are amazing. Lots of gear for babies/children if you need. Most of my cons are nitpicks. All the other reviews give a good picture. I’m trying to give an accurate picture of what to expect. We would rent again for sure.
