Villa VIOLETTA is located in Luino, on the Lombard shores of Lake Maggiore. It is a modern villa, with a pool, overlooking the lake situated in a lovely residential area in the hills near the Swiss border. Lugano is only 15 minutes away, Campione d'Italy is a 25-minute drive and Luino just 5 minutes from the house.
VIOLETTA is surrounded by a beautiful, relatively level 2000 m2 garden, with mature trees and prized plant varieties. The pool area has comfortable sun beds for sunbathing on. A spacious living area with large windows overlooking the terrace is furnished with sofas and satellite TV; the modern kitchen is equipped with top-brand, quality appliances and the dining area has a large table. Here on the main floor is the master bedroom, with walk-in closet/dressing room and a beautiful bathroom; another room with sofa-bed and another bathroom. A glass elevator leads to the lower pool level; here a large room overlooking the pool area has a french bed, a double sofa-bed and a bathroom with large shower carved into the rock, and access to the utility room with washing machine. Next to the house is a large gazebo with a table and a barbecue. The large panoramic terrace off the living room is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. In the back of the villa is a large parking area, both and covered Villa VIOLETTA is the ideal choice for comfort, space and tranquility. Pets are allowed in the garden with a fee, Euro 20 per week.

Nicht alles Gold was glänzt

Da ich es nicht besser weiß, wie ich es umschreiben soll, mach ich eine ungeordnete Liste mit allen Punkten zu meinem Luino Urlaub: -Die Gartenanlage am Haus selber ist riesig, komplett eingezäunt, sehr gepflegt, (Ideal mit Hund!!!)man hat einen richtig schönen blick von der oberen Terrasse auf den Lago Maggiore -Alle Ausstattungsmerkmale, die in der Objektbeschreibung aufgeführt sind, sind da und funktionieren. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war wirklich sehr sauber bei der anreise, so wie das ganze Haus. -Die Inneneinrichtung sonst ist in einem schlechten Zustand, billige Möbel die durch die feuchte Luft aufgequollen sind und teils das Furnier abgeplatzt ist -Zur feuchten Luft: es ist im Haus kalt und es wenn es regnet, kommt das Wasser durch die Decke direkt im begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Praktisch wenn es auf die Klamotten regnet, die in der Garderobe sind. -Als wir beim Vermieter angefragt haben, wo die HEizung angeschaltet werden kann, damit es im 16 °c kaltem und feuchtem haus wärmer und trocken wird, kam der Kostenvoranschlag von 40€/Tag Heizkostenpauschale als Antwort. In einer Deutschen Heizperiode wären das 7200€!!! -Der Hauswirt war eigentlich ganz nett, spricht leider fast nur Russisch und hat uns bei der Hausübergabe noch 30€ Müllgebühren abgeluchst...Stand angeblich im Mietvertrag...habe ich aber bis jetzt noch nicht gefunden. -Sonst hat die Hausübergabe sehr gut funktioniert, Kaution auch komplett wieder bekommen. -Durch die schlechte Luft im Haus hat man sich aber leider nie wirklich wohl gefühlt. -Die Lichtschalter im Haus sind komplett chaotisch angeordnet und viel zu viele verschiedene Querschaltungen verbaut. -Luino selber ist eine mehr "mittel" als "prächtige" Stadt am Largo Maggiore sowie die komplette Umgebung. Man muss immer mit dem Auto irgendwohin fahren, um etwas anzuschauen, da es keine Fußwege am Haus selber und in Luino nur sporadisch gibt. Ich hoffe, ich habe nichts vergessen und nicht alles zu negativ beschrieben, ist aber halt doch nur ein schlechtes in standgehaltenes Haus mit einem super Garten und ein einer Top Aussicht.
