Lage OK, aber nicht dem entsprochen wie vorgestellt !

Wir haben uns von der hohen Bewertung (10 = Fabelhaft) verleiten lassen. Leider ist die Unterkunft weit von einer 10 entfernt. Für eine Ferienwohnung fehlen so einfache Dinge wie: gr. Schneidbrett, Eierbecher, Butterdose, Grappa-Gläser, Müslischalen, Topflappen, scharfe Messer, Eiswürfelbereiter um nur ein paar Utensilien zu nennen. Einen Wasserkocher, Toaster, Microwelle, oder Auflagen für die Stühle gibt es auch nicht. Auch wäre es Klasse, wenn die Beschriftungen nicht nur in Italienisch sondern auch in Englisch wären.

Dorfleben am Meer im SüdOsten Siziliens

Oriana und Elio waren wunderbare Gastgeber, auch ein wenig früheres Check-in war kein Problem. Von hier aus konnten wir viele schöne Strände in der Umgebung besuchen und genießen, das geht allerdings nur mit einem eigenen Auto. Fußläufig es auch einen schönen Sandstrand und/oder konnte das Meer von den Klippen genießen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa location 2 settimane, siamo stati accolti dal signore Elio, che ci ha consigliato e coccolati come se fossimo familiari. La casa è in un punto strategico perchè in poco tempo riesci a raggiungere tutte le località turistiche e spiagge bellisime . È immersa nel verde ed è silenziosa e intima.... Dotata di tutti i confort descritti , la consiglio vivamente. Spero di ritornarci presto .

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren 10 Tage in Calabernado in diesem wunderschönen Bungalow. Die Begrüssung war sehr herzlich, die Ausstattung für uns 2 Personen war perfekt. Uns hat es an nix gemangelt. Am schönsten waren die ruhigen Stunden im Freibereich (zum Frühstück z.B.) und die ruhige Lage. Für uns genau das Richtige! Vielen Dank an die Familie vor Ort.

Verträumter Ort am Mittelmeer

Die Lage in der Nähe von Noto und nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt hat uns sehr gefallen. Zwar ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, aber die Entfernung nach Noto ist kurz und dafür kann man die Ruhe in Calabernardo im Herbst sehr genießen. Ein kleiner Strand ist unmittelbar im Ort selbst, ansonsten gibt es schöne Ausflugsziele und auch zwei Restaurants im Ort selbst und eines nur einen Kilometer entfernt. Das Objekt selbst ist wirklich sehr hübsch gestaltet, vor allem mit den Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen und einer Außendusche. Katzen kommen gerne zu Besuch.

Ruhiges Häuschen in ruhigem Dorf

Das Häuschen, eingebettet in einen eigenen kleinen (Kies-)Garten, entsprach der Beschreibung. Es war gut ausgestattet und es hat alles funktioniert. Der Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend, ansprechbar (bevorzugte Sprachen Italienisch und Französisch, Englisch ging nicht gut) und hat sich, wenn erforderlich, gleich gekümmert. Im Garten gab es Gelegenheiten zum Sitzen, Essen, und Liegen. Es gab dort eine zweite Dusche und nebenan Gelegenheit zum Wäschewaschen. Vom Haus aus waren es wenige hundert Meter ebenerdig zum Strand. Der einzige Wermutstropfen: In Calabernardo gab es zu unserer Reisezeit (fast) nichts, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, keine Restaurants.

Agosto siciliano

Ottima location per visitare le meraviglie della provincia di Siracusa - dall'oasi di Vendicari a Noto, Avola, Portopalo etc. - vicino a mare con scogli e poco distante (10 minuti a piedi) da una bella spiaggia di sabbia fine e mare poco profondo. La casa è dotata di tutto ed al nostro arrivo il proprietario ci ha accolto con frutta, acqua fresca e una bottiglia di vino locale. Il giardino privato, così come l'inteta proprietà, è molto curato: attrezzato con tavolo, sedie, lettini e doccia, permette di passare bei momenti di totale relax. Siamo super soddisfatti e non vediamo l'ora di poter ritornare. Complimenti!

Havre de paix à deux pas d'une jolie plage

Elio, le père de Paolo, nous a accueillis avec une infinie gentillesse et une grande disponibilité. Il nous a offert de délicieux fruits et une huile d'olive maison, dans une location qui dispose de tout le confort et idéalement située. Calabernardo est un village paisible avec une plage de sable non privatisée et pas trop fréquentée. C'est une bonne situation pour visiter les magnifiques villes de Ragusa, Modica et Syracuse. On peut aussi pousser sans problème jusqu'à l'Etna, fascinant volcan (à 100 km environ). C'était un très beau séjour pour nous, nous le recommandons !

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane nel mese di luglio. La casa è molto confortevole: è dotata di salone con divano, televisore, tavolo da pranzo e cucina completamente accessoriata. L’esterno è bellissimo: giardino, in parte con ghiaia, dove c’è un grande tavolo, sedie, poltrone a sdraio, persino una doccia e una ricca vegetazione. Da segnalare due ulivi secolari con amaca!!! E’ situata in un’area tranquilla, completamente recintata. Il mare? è quasi fuori dal cancello! La spiaggia di sabbia dista 7/8 minuti da casa. La posizione è comodissima per raggiungere in auto e visitare le città barocche del Val di Noto, le spiagge e le acque cristalline delle riserve naturali, rientrando a casa in giornata. Il proprietario, Signor Elio, è molto gentile e disponibile e sempre attento a venire incontro alle esigenze dell’ospite. Ottima scelta! Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

MARE E CULTURA AL TOP

Abbiamo soggiornato a luglio 2021 in questa bellissima struttura in un contesto verde e appartato, ma vicinissimo al mare e alle località più rinomate della zona. La casa, moderna e ben attrezzata, ha a disposizione un'area esterna privata dove alla sera è gradevolissimo cenare! Paolo, è un padrone di casa discreto, disponibile ed è molto piacevole ascoltare le pillole di storia della sua amata Sicilia!

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso

Appartamento pulito e carinissimo. La zona è tranquilla, silenziosa e consente di raggiungere facilmente tutte le zone della costa sud-orientale della Sicilia. La veranda e il giardino ben curati sono frequentati da adorabili felini. Il proprietario è sempre disponibile ed è stato gentilissimo nel fornire ogni tipo di informazione sui luoghi e ristoranti da visitare.

Idéalement situé

Angolo di Paradiso

Non ci sono parole per descrivere il nostro soggiorno presso questa struttura: casa bellissima, curata, pulita (la signora che si occupa delle pulizie è veramente gentile e impeccabile), sicura, GREEN! Tutto come da foto, se non ancora meglio! Il giardinetto è un piccolo angolo di paradiso...se si vuole passare una vacanza in totale relax, non c'è di meglio. Il proprietario? Una persona squisita, sempre presente ma mai invadente, pronto a dare una mano e tanti ottimi consigli...di una gentilezza incredibile, ti fa sentire veramente a casa Le spiagge stupende, da Calabernardo (3 Min a piedi) a Scoglio Bianco (5 Min di macchina), sono super comode, pulite e suggestive! maison individuelle prés de la mer

Maison confortable bien équipée avec un petit jardinet privatif. La situation est idéale pour visiter le sud est de la Sicile. Une petite plage tranquille est située à environ 300 m. Elio, le père du propriétaire est accueillant et toujours prés à aider (il parle très bien le français) ou à donner des conseils pour les visites. Les petites attentions (corbeille de fruits, bouteille de vin, eau, confiture... ) font vraiment plaisir. Cette location est à recommander vivement lorsqu'on cherche un endroit tranquille loin des tumultes.

VACANZE 2019

La nostra permanenza è stata veramente piacevole. L'appartamento era molto accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli, completo di un cortile spazioso dove poter cenare e trascorrere piacevoli momenti all'ombra di due immensi ulivi e fresche serate . La posizione è splendida, a pochi passi dal mare con possibilità di spiaggia con sabbia o scogli ricchi di varietà di pesci. Comodo punto di partenza per visitare anche altri paesi come Avola, Noto, Marzamemi, Licata, Siracusa e molti altri. Disponibile ed accogliente il Sig. Paolo, una persona splendida che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa!

amazing! everything was just perfect

Elio - the host`s father - is super nice and helps you with every question you have! Although we were just able to communicate in a mixture of spanish and english (and many hand movements ;) ) we got all informations needed. The house is perfect located (i recommend a car) and very clean. The terrace is very, very comfortable! Everything was perfect and Elio is the best host!

Maison individuelle très propre, moderne, bien équipée, jardin et parking privé, calme, plage proche

Excellente location, très bien située à proximité de la plage dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Situation géographique très intéressante près de Noto et Syracuse. Accessibilité facile par autoroute (gratuite) vers Catane et l'Etna. Idéalement placée pour visiter la Sicile baroque et tout le Sud-Est de l'île. Très bon équipement et aménagement intérieur et extérieur, il ne manque rien. Excellent accueil du propriétaire, très prévenant et de très bon conseil pour les visites alentours.
