This 3-story, 2+ bedroom, English Tudor style home is very tastefully decorated. The exterior includes a large 2-tier deck with an outdoor gas grill and a private hot tub. The 1st floor lower area bedroom/game room has a queen bed along with a ping pong table. The main floor interior floor plan includes a combination laundry room and 3/4-bath, a cozy living room with a freestanding gas fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen/dining area, one bedroom with 1-queen bed and a gas built-in fireplace, and one full bath.. The 2nd floor loft/living area includes a queen futon, a Dvd-vcr/monitor and a walk-out balcony, one bedroom with 1-queen size bed, and a 3/4-bath en suite. This vacation property will sleep 6 to 8-persons (enforced Maximum Occupancy!). Now with Wifi!

Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
