Great location!

This was our second time staying at this property. The location is great and the house is clean and has plenty of space to accommodate our group of 3 adults and 2 children. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend!!

Comfort in Clearwater

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Art and Whimsey in Clearwater. The townhouse was beautifully clean and contained everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our Host was very helpful since this was our first experience with Vrbo, so much so that this will not be our last time using the company. If you are in Clearwater, this is the place to stay.

Great place to stay in Clearwater

This place was fabulous. Don't let exterior fool you. The interior was fabulous with spacious downstairs with well stocked kitchen. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with a great master bedroom. The place is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is a short walking distance to two lovely parks. It is a short ride to ( slightly longer on weekends) Clearwater Beach and to Spectrum field where the Phillies hold spring training.

Spacious, Clean, Homey and Quiet

My fiance (now husband) and I are frequent FL visitors (visiting family and ill 84 yr old father-n-law). Clearwater Beach is our favorite place and where we were holding our simple beach ceremony so, we wanted something economical and close to the beach and this cute townhone delivered on that. We loved the hardwoods, spacious kitchen/living room combination and the refreshing air conditioning as FL is a very humid place. Everything needed was there and parking was a breeze. We enjoyed our stay. The master bedroom was so big and comfortable. Thank you Teresa!!!

Great location and very clean

We had a great experience at this property. It was a short drive to Clearwater Beach and conveniently located close to everything else we needed. It was very clean and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. Teresa was very accommodating and responded quickly if we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

This place is cute and convenient. We had one small concern when we arrived and she handled it immediately. Master bedroom bed is pretty soft. Second room is nice and firm. We’d stay here again for sure.

Great place! Great owner!

This rental was perfect for me and my 2 boys. The beds were comfy. The place was gorgeous and immaculate! Towels and sheets made traveling easier. Good location. Close to everything from supermarkets and beaches. Don't worry that neighbors houses aren't as nice...this place was a gem! Therese was so nice! We all loved it! Try tacos at Roadrunner and get to Honeymoon Beach and Dunedin!

Amazing house off main drag to Clearwater beach

First impressions walking into this townhouse were awesome. My friends were overly impressed with this find. Researching most places that accommodated 5 people usually left the 5th person sleeping on a pull out in the living room or even on an air mattress. Not this place with 3 bedrooms. My bed (twin bed) was extremely comfortable. The kitchen with bar seating was a nice size for hanging out while cooking meals. Having laundry in the house was greatly appreciated after returning from a 5 day cruise. The house is in a convenient location being a block off the main drag into Clearwater Beach. To top it all off, the owner was very accommodating in letting us get into the house early as we needed to drop off our luggage as soon as we got off the boat. Thanks Teresa, our stay was perfect! When we return to Clearwater we will be staying here again.

Everything you need plus more!!

My family and I was in town for my daughter world series softball tournament and this location was great in every way. Close to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers. Coming back to relax after long days at the softball complex was the best, the townhouse has everything you need just bring food to cook and you're set. Very clean place top to bottom, definitely going to book again next world series. Thanks Mrs. Teresa!!

Great stay in Clearwater!

The home was well furnished and provided for a great stay. There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Beds are comfortable and clean. The only drawback was the television cable was faulty but other than that we had no issues. Thank you for letting us stay!

Great value and location for the price!

The fully furnished 3 bedroom town home was exactly what we needed for our need to be close to Coachman park for the Iron Girl 1/2 marathon. It allowed us to relax and not feel cramped. The bedrooms were amazingly spacious and all three beds were comfortable. We would have loved a hair dryer and microwave in the town home, but it didn't dampen our thoughts. We'd return for sure and the kitchen was lovely with the wonderful breeze coming from front to back of the house, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
