Amazing location

This location is truly amazing and is 2 streets away from the main strip wich is amazing for peace and quiet time. The landlord is 20/10 she really helped us with anything that we needed and her respond time is impeccable. The location is a gated community wich is amazing for piece of mind and has a nice pool where the sun hits it practically all day the balcony aswell wich was very pratical for drying our clothes after washing them with the washing machine in the kitchen and there is a dishwasher. Theres also an elevator and a parking space.Our appartement was very clean and smelled really good upon our arrival. Its a 15 min walk to the main beach we had a parasol supplied by the landlord aswell and theres a grocery store right across the street i really couldn’t ask for more. This place is ideal i wish i could give it more then a 5 star review because it truly is 20/10.

Amazing in every way !!!

Absolutely made our holiday perfect. Apartment was 10/10 the location couldn't be in a better place and our host ines was brilliant from start to finish very kind and helpul with anything and everything we asked. Made us feel at home ! Would recommend this apartment to anybody wanting the perfect place to stay in albufeira. Definitely be returning here in the future. Id give this place a 5* !!

Estava tudo muito bom, embora não tenha tido oportunidade de conhecer a srª Inés mas consegui resolver sempre as nossas necessidades o nosso muito obrigado. Fab Time

Booked this apartment for my wife, four year old daughter and I. All correspondence with the owner was trouble free. We asked for an early check in and that was organised for us. Complex was spotless and quite. Daughter loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area and would recommend to family and friends. If I had to say anything negative about the apartment, my only comment would be the nearby road noise.

Boa localização, com acesso fácil a tudo! Consegue-se fazer tudo a pé. O Miguel sempre esteve disponível pelo telemóvel, com respostas rápidas, claras e objetivas. Apesar de chegar bem tarde, o Miguel, por telemóvel, me indicou com precisão como deveria proceder.

Had the pleasure of staying here from 16th April till 20th,everthing was excellent. Asked Miguel for early check in & late check out, it was not a problem. Only problems we had was the weather & Wifi, nothing to do with apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Tal e qual o descrito, muito bom!

Gostei muito da estadia! O apartamento é muito acolhedor e tem muita segurança. Fica num condomínio com lugar para o carro e elevador. A cama é muito confortável e as almofadas também. Muitos parabéns pela limpeza da casa, estava impecável. Tem TV por cabo, embora no quarto não apanhe muitos canais, ao contrário da sala. Varanda espaçosa e com boa vista para a piscina e para o mar. Fica mesmo muito próximo da The Strip (zona de bares da Oura), 5 minutos a pé, e se atravessar essa rua dos bares encontra-se logo a praia da Oura (15 min a pé). Perto encontram-se muitos hipermercados, restaurantes e bares. O Sr. Miguel foi muito simpático e atencioso, muito obrigado! Recomendo!

Zeer ruim en net appartement

Zeer netjes, schoon en ruim appartement! Fijne douche in bad. Leuk zwembad. Ontzettend aardige eigenaar die goed Engels sprak. Het appartement ligt op steenworp afstand van de strip en op loopafstand van verschillende strandjes. Enige minpunt is het verkeer voor het appartement.

Nice apartment for holidays

Miguel is a very good host,always ready to support if something was needed. the apartment is near restaurants, bars and shops. Nothing cons to point. Will possible come again if we choose Albufeira for holidays.

limite pour le confort et équipements et l'emplacement très bruyant

appt situé sur une route trés bruyante nuit et jour impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes équipement très sommaire cafetière datant on ne sait pas l'année impossible de faire un café correct (il était noté après une mauvaise appréciation qu'elle avait été changé et bien non) c'est dommage cela ne coûte pas très cher une cafetière) nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire donc on ne peut pas le noter pas de WIFI pas de TV câble

Muy buena acogida, limpieza impecable. Terraza y piscina

La situación es buena. Hemos disfrutado de la piscina y a la playa se llega en quince minutos andando. Un placer las cenas en la terraza. Y un gusto tener siempre un lugar donde aparcar el coche. Para el que quiera fiesta de noche, está en el sitio adecuado. A menos de cinco minutos andando y sin embargo no se oye el ruido desde el apartamento. Uno de los sofá-cama es mejorable.

les points positifs : l'appartement est en bon état et propre, le stationnement est aisé. Loueur sympathique, accueil ponctuel. les points négatifs : Immeuble très mal situé en bordure d'une voie très passante et très bruyante de jour comme de nuit, aucune insonorisation dans l'immeuble, construction de piètre qualité. L'équipement est d'un autre âge et semble sorti d'un vide grenier, des ustensiles de cuisine (poêles "téfal" débosselées à coup de marteau et tellement usées qu'il ne reste pratiquement plus de téflon, cafetière qui a du connaître l'époque de Salazar, grille pain qui, s'il grille parfois, sait aussi faire disjoncter les fusibles), de la vaisselle en trop faible quantité pour utiliser le lave vaisselle, dépareillée, ébréchée .... indigne d'une location ! Enfin, si vous ne souvenez plus du bon vieux matelas à ressorts d'autre fois, oui, celui qui réveille la personne à côté de vous à chaque mouvement, oui celui ci !! Il va vous faire comprendre les progrès de la literie depuis cinquante ans. J'allais oublier, apportez le minimum indispensable, sel, poivre, papier, filtres... car il faudra tout approvisionner sur place. En conclusion : A éviter

Très bonne vacances

L appartement très bien situé près des rue commerçante est spacieux et à tout le nécessaire pour ne manquer de rien nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse qui est au soleil toute la matinée ainsi que de la piscine et des transats nous somme arriver très très tard et une jeune fille nous attendait vraiment merci monsieur Miguel est à disponible si vous avez besoin de quelque chose nous reviendrons dans cette appartement Une nouvelle cafetière à café serai la bienvenue
