Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in the lounge.
Outside veranda with table and chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers, barbecue, hot water shower.
Shuttle stop at 20 meters.
Upon request, the owner can organize for guests:
* transfer to and from Rome airport
* transfers to or from Priverno / Fossanova railway station
* boat trips to the Caves of the Promontory
* excursion to neighboring areas
