Brand new 60 sqm apartment, part of a villa divided into 3 units with direct access to the sea from its exclusive garden.
The property consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room.
Dining room and outdoor lounge.
Garden for the exclusive use of the property, including a jacuzzi and sunbathing with a view directly on the beach.
Equipped with all comforts, 2 TVs, air conditioning, American fridge, gas hob, oven, microwave, kitchen accessories, wi fi, washing machine, sky.

Perfect!
My husband and I have just spent an amazing week staying in a perfect place. We had a late flight but the host was very accommodating with our arrival time. There was just a small problem finding the house as Google maps was telling us to turn right but there was a locked gate. Just a quick phone call and the host came down and unlocked the gate and showed us the way. The house looks just like the pictures and the outside area was amazing. We were spoiled with choice as to where to sit and relax. The sea was still warm on the first week of October and it was great to be so close for a swim. The hosts live upstairs but we had our privacy at all times. They were quickly available to answer any questions we had. We went to nearby Jolly Market (3km) for our food shopping. They also had a great wine selection with lots of Sardinian wine available at good prices.

Beach Apartment, Pula
We stayed in Michela and Robert’s beach apartment in mid September. The photos online give a very good description of the apartment and beach location. The apartment is on part of the ground floor of a large villa, with it’s own private garden and access to Nora beach. The apartment is well laid out and furnished beautifully . The beds are very comfortable and are 5’ doubles. The space within the apartment is quite limited. The kitchen/sitting/dining area is open plan. There is a two seater sofa bed in the ‘sitting’ area, a six seater dining table and a perfectly adequate kitchen area. The kitchen has all the basic essentials but is not equipped with extensive cooking utensils. The apartment has ample comfortable seating areas outside which are very attractively done. One thing to be aware of is that the ‘grass’ as seen in the pictures is artificial and as a result gets very hot underfoot in the sun - be sure to pack flip flops for walking across it to the beach! The outside shower is excellent for rinsing off after coming up from the beach, it has hot and cold water. The jacuzzi and day bed in the garden proved popular with the university aged children we had with us. The beach at the bottom of the garden is a long sandy beach. It is not particularly sheltered so is affected by changes in the wind. Visiting in mid September we experienced days when it was quite choppy and seaweedy and days when it was beautifully calm and crystal clear. On calm days the sea is really beautiful and it is fun to snorkel there as the sea is full of small fish of many varieties very close to the shore line. Other more sheltered beaches can be found further South about a half hour drive away. Michela and Robert and family live in the main part of the villa. They are perfect hosts, very friendly and helpful when you need them but not at all intrusive. They are happy to give restaurant recommendations, make reservations and gave us contact details for a local taxi. The ‘shared’ facilities referred to in the listing are shared with them. The apartment is about a 5/10 minute drive from Pula. Pula has many restaurants to choose from and plenty of shops to browse. There is a good local supermarket which has an excellent deli counter. The Sardinian air dried ham is delicious! In short, the apartment is well located, beautifully presented, very comfortable and the hosts are lovely.

CONSIGLIATISSIMA!!
Siamo una coppia di amici che viaggiano spesso. Questa casa ha risposto perfettamente alle nostre aspettative: ha tutti i comfort all'interno e spazi molto ampi e confortevoli all'esterno. L'accesso diretto alla bellissima spiaggia è senz'altro il PLUS della proprietà. Molto gentili e disponibili e giovani proprietari Michela e Robert. Consigliatissima!!

Fantastico
Die Wohnung ist tip top Sauber und in bester Lage. Direkter Zugang zum Meer mit wunderbarem Garten, Fussballplatz und jakuzi vor der Tür. Michela war sehr hilfreich und jederzeit erreichbar wenn etwas war. Wir haben alles so wie auf den Bildern vorgefunden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Casa molto bella (nuova) ben curata e dotata di tutto
La casa è nuovissima, pensata molto bene e arredata con gusto. Ha tutti i confort!!!! Punto di forza assoluto una zona esterna molto ampia e curata, di esclusiva pertinenza dell’appa, con accesso diretto al mare. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in totale relax. Da consigliare!

Wonderful house directly at the beach
We enjoyed one week there in August and it was just wonderful. Michela prepared everything so nicely, we got some champagne when we arrived and the house just didn’t give any little reason to complain. If you have questions or concerns Michela is always available and responsive! Sleeping for 4 is great, with kids you might go for 5 max occupants I‘d suggest. We booked the house when it was not yet ready reconstructed and weren’t sure everything would be in place and exactly as it was described. But it was wonderful: sitting outside the apartment in comfy chairs or having your meal at the breakfast / dinner place, just relaxing on the sunbeds or just having a cool refreshment in the jacuzzi - simply cool. And with the direct access to the beach you can have some fun at the sea whenever you want. Also, there is lots of toys and beach equipments and sunbeds to enjoy the beach even more. Coming back you can have a quick shower outside, which is quite nice. Altogether, the perfect spot for a summer vacation in Sardinia and with Michela being your host you are all set. Would definitely come back in the future.

Luxury on the beach!
Fantastic house directly on a beautiful beach. Michela and Robert was very helpfull, acting as "consierge", booking tables at restaurants, recommending sites/tours and fixing everything upon request. The house is tastefully decorated and the beds are very good. Outside is heaven with lounge area, dining area and sun/bathing area (with shower with hot and cold water, and a jacuzzi for moonlight bathing! No problems with insects. The beach is breathtaking with white sand and crystal clear water. Not crowded and suites young and old. This is a place to relax in luxurious surroundings.

Gepflegte Wohnung direkt am Meer mit vielen Extras
Die Wohnung wurde kurz vor unserer Ankunft fertig gestellt und wir müssen sagen Michela und Robert unsere Vermieter haben ein wahres Schmuckstück geschaffen. Häufig sind Ferienwohnungen in Italien - besonders die in Strandnähe – etwas lieblos, diese jedoch ist modern und hell eingerichtet. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe und Aufwand renoviert und ist dafür gemacht, sich von der ersten Minute an wohl zu fühlen. Es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt und unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen. Alles war tipptopp sauber und wir konnten jemanden buchen, der uns zwischendurch die Wohnung wieder blitzeblank gemacht hat. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Dreiparteienhauses direkt am Meer und ist über eine zugangsgesicherte Privatstraße zu erreichen. Der große Garten mit schöner Terrasse, ist abends sehr hübsch ausgeleuchtet und hat direkten Strandzugang. Es ist einfach wahnsinnig toll, wenn man nur das Tor aufzuschließen braucht und man steht mit einem Schritt im Sand! Wir als Familie haben es unendlich genossen, dass wir den ganzen Tag draußen sein konnten, ohne ein Auto zu brauchen und ohne ein Haufen Zeug mitzuschleppen. Man liegt am Strand und egal was man braucht, man geht einfach schnell in die Ferienwohnung. Neben dem Garten gibt es einen kleinen Bolzplatz, der zum Haus gehört, was unsere Tochter sehr begeistert hat. Michela und Robert haben sich rührend gekümmert, waren immer erreichbar und haben uns alles perfekt erklärt. Sie sprechen beide gut Englisch und haben uns weitergeholfen, wo es nur ging - angefangen mit einer Reservierung im Restaurant für den ersten Abend, eine wahnsinnige Erleichterung, wenn man eine Zweijährige dabei hat und Unterstützung von ortskundigen Eltern bekommt. Überhaupt haben sie vor allem unsere Tochter nach Strich und Faden verwöhnt! In der Garage stand alles voller Spielzeug, sie war wirklich im Himmel. Wir haben außerdem ein Gitterbett bekommen, einen Buggy, ein Kleinkindfahrrad und sogar einen kleinen Bademantel. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr willkommen gefühlt! Alles in allem hat uns die Wohnung und Pula (kein klassischer Ferienort, sondern ein Städtchen mit ganzjähriger Infrastruktur) so viel geboten, dass wir uns vom ersten Augenblick an perfekt erholen und entspannen konnten. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!
