Panoramic view!!!

Brilliant villa for our group of 6. The pool is a good size and the panoramic view is beautiful, especially when the sun goes down. We enjoyed the privacy in this area and the host was available on call at any time. There are many small size towns and villages in the area and we visited most of them, Stobrec, Omis, Makarska, Torgir, and Blue and Red Lake.

Perfect for family holiday

We had a very pleasant stay! We received instructions from our agent for the meeting point with our lovely host Marika. We drove behind her for about 10 minutes until we reached our holiday home. It is located on the hillside, away from any neighbors. I would say the car is mandatory for staying here because the road to the beach and shops is steep. The house is very modernly designed with large windows and a lot of natural light. The pool was clean and there is wooden furniture on the terrace. We received great recommendations from Marika for children-friendly restaurants and activities. We visited the aquapark that was a 1-hour drive away but it was definitely worth it! I would recommend this place for families with children.

Perfect view from the villa. Villa was very luxurious and had everything I expected and even more than that. Wouldn't suggest to arrive without a car, hard to reach by foot because it is up a hill.

Marvelous House!

This house is simply marvelous. If you're looking for a quiet holiday destination, this is the place to go. The view from the house is incredible. It's sufficiently remote to enjoy quiet time, but close enough to Podstrana and Split to get some city buzz if you need it. I just recommend hiring a car if you book this Villa.

Superb view!

The villa itself is brand new and very well designed. The view is incredible and it is extremely peaceful and tranquil. The infinity pool is great and there is also a small gym which is handy. We would recommend any future guests to hire a car as the property is located on a very steep hill and is a 30minute walk from beach/supermarket. Overall if you want a peaceful holiday in a wonderful property with superb views then I would definitely recommend this villa!

Good Villa

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa! It has a beautiful view, and great amenities which include a swimming pool, a ping pong table, and a portable badminton set. The place is not far from the city of Split, its about a 20-30min drive but a significant portion of that time is spent navigating the very narrow, winding, and often unpaved road up the mountain to reach it which is something that would've been nice to know before booking. The house is secluded so you will definitely need a car to get there, preferably a small one and keep in mind that it is not an easy drive especially at night since there are no lights on the way up. Personally speaking we did not have a problem although it was certainly a somewhat suspenseful adventure. Another issue we had was that the pool was dirty during our stay, with algae on the walls of it, and not very inviting swim in, however it was cleaned the day of our checkout. Overall this place has a lot of potential, with a bit more care and information about the road conditions we would give it another chance.

Perfect villa

This house is just amazing. If you want to have a good time, you should book it. It is perfect for all ages groups, the pool and the view are just amazing. You can cook easily and enjoy your stay by watching TV.

Perfect service!

While the drive up to the home can we quite intimidating the moment you walk onto the driveway and see the ocean, it will take your breath away. A very unique feature of booking with Darijo is that he is part of a VIP booking service- and let me tell you that was SO helpful. We didn’t rent a car, but after being dropped off at the home we found out we needed a car, but not before there was an offer to take us to get groceries to get through the night, and had it organized to have a rental car dropped off to us. We also booked a boat to take us around to Hvar, and that was ALL organized by the booking team. We just showed up and paid! (FYI a lot of excursions needed to be in cash so come prepared) the home is on well water, so you can’t drink it, but that was never a problem for us. Podstrana is only about 15 mins from Split (a VERY simple drive) however it took us a few tries to maneuver up the steep roads/ dirt paths up to the home adding on another 10-15 mins. All very worth it for the quality of service and the home we stayed in. We all would be back, and would definitely book with Darijo again.

Beautiful!

Beautiful Villa. Everything is as in the pictures. Clean and well equipped. Outside space is amazing with a wonderful pool and BBQ area.
