About this property

Welcome to my apartment of 100 m2, very bright and cheerful.
It is ideal to visit Malaga, as it is 5 minutes walk from the pedestrian / monumental area (Cathedral, Alcazaba, Thyssen Museum, Roman Theater, Picasso Museum, ect). And five minutes walk from the bus stop, line 11 (next to Corte Inglés), which in five minutes reaches the beaches and runs along the seafront of Malaga.
It has an entrance hall. The kitchen is independent, with large dining table for six people and TV. The living room has a small library, board games, another TV, dining room for 6 people, sofa-bed and terrace-lounge.
All rooms are exterior and sunny, except the bathroom.
A / C, heating and Natural Gas.
It is a very chic, comfortable and practical accommodation.

Fijne locatie was hier met volwassen dochter. Paloma is een lieve vrouw die meedacht over het inchecken omdat wij vroeg aankwamen en laat vertrokken

Es war niemand zu erreichen !!

Die Wohnung wird als “”Luxuswohnung “” angegeben Das muss lange her sein . Sie ist Renovierungsbedűrftig . Die Lage ist NICHT in der Altstadt . Es ist fűrchterlich laut … bei Tag und Nacht . Die Dusche ist mal kalt mal heiß und der Durchlauf ist katastrophal. Eine Kaffeemaschine war nicht da, so mussten wir außerhalb frühstücken. Auch Paola war nicht erreichbar . Die mir gegebene Telefonnummer war wohl nicht richtig . Ich habe eine Mail geschrieben aber es kam keine Antwort Und ja das blaue Sofa ….!!! keine Chance sich dort gemütlich niederzulassen. Also wir werden in Zukunft wahrscheinlich nicht mehr űber ihre Platform buchen . Ich darf mir nicht vorstellen wenn etwas schlimmes passiert wäre… UND DANN NIEMAND ERREHCHBAR Schade Margot Rittmeier

Convenient for visiting Old Town and Port area

We walked everywhere we needed to go. Good location and supermarkets/shops very close. Apartment very well equipped although pan handles need tightening and chopping board is needed. Apt very nicely decorated and furnished.

We loved everything about this property . Old worldly delightful. Love t he balcony for the evenings after sightseeing. LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT.Can walk everywhere.

Perfectly located!

Everything was perfect! We would have liked a bigger bed and ac in bedroom. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed balcony, we were close to downtown. Paloma, our host was very nice! I even got a fresh flower upon arrival. Thanks Paloma!
