Sehr Erholsam

Wir waren in der Wohnung Giorgia untergebracht die über alles verfügt was man braucht . Viel Platz und Ruhe . Das absolute Highlight war die private Terrasse, ein herrlicher Ausblick der gerade morgens beim Frühstück zum verweilen einlud . Die Vermieter empfangenen uns sehr herzlich, hatten viele nützliche Tipps und reservierten uns am ersten Tag ein Tisch in einem guten Restaurant. Die Wohnung ist für Ligurische Verhältnisse leicht zu erreichen, und wenn man gut zu Fuß ist kann man auch mal zum Hafen von Imperia mit seinen Zahlreichen Restaurants laufen. Dank Carla wussten wir aber auch wo kostenlose Parkplätze verfügbar sind . Rundum ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Entspannung pur

Die Location entspricht genau dem Inserat. Geissen als Attraktion für die Kinder, wunderschöne Aussicht, sehr saubere und gut ausgerüstete einfache Wohnung, einen tollen Pool und sehr gastfreundliche Inhaber die mit Herzblut Ihre Ferienunterkünfte bewirtschaften.

Nicht in Ordnung!

Leider hat die Wohnung unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Obwohl in der Anzeige mit viel Ruhe beworben, fanden wir direkt neben dem Grundstück eine aktive Baustelle vor. An mehreren Tagen fanden u.a. Baggerarbeiten und Zimmerarbeiten etc. statt. Am schlimmsten allerdings war, dass das Bett mit Bettwanzen befallen war. Bevor wir allerdings die Stiche dieser Ursache zuordnen konnten, war der halbe Urlaub rum. Nachdem wir die Sache dem Vermieter gemeldet hatten, hat dieser uns umgehend ein Schlafzimmer in der benachbarten Wohnung angeboten, Damit hörten zwar die Stiche auf, aber auf den Umständen mit einem Schlafzimmer in der Nachbarwohnung und vor allem auf den Aufwänden zur Vorsorge, das Zeug nicht mit nach Hause zu schleppen blieben wir sitzen. Privat mitgebrachtes Kissen und Bettauflage mussten wir entsorgen. Eine finanzielle Kompensation lehnte der Vermieter ab, und auch FEWO-Direkt war mir Verweis auf formale Fehler in der Meldung des Schadens nicht zu einer Kompensation bereit. Schade, denn ansonsten wäre die Wohnung o.k. gewesen, aber so geht´s nun mal nicht.

Sehr schöne FeWo in ausgezeichneter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr Stadtnah, auch bis zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Allerdings ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, da die Gegend sehr bergig ist. Der Pool ist sehr gut gepflegt, die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und geben gute hilfreiche Tips. Wir waren zu dritt dort und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Dejlig ferielejlighed i Imperia med skøn udsigt

Vi havde et rigtig dejlig ferie i Apartment Giorgia. Kommunikation og modtagelse fungerede rigtig godt og Carla og Gigi var meget hjælpsomme. Vi var især glade for den store terrasse, med skøn udsigt over Imperia, hvor vi spiste og brugte vores aftener. Vi var meget ved stranden, hvor vi kørte til. Vi var to voksne og vores søn på 15, lejligheden fungerede godt, selvom han sov i stuen hvor køkkenet også er, fordi man har terrassen at opholde sig på. Vi synes lejligheden egner dig bedst til en familie med 2 mindre børn eller en teenager. Vi anbefaler dette feriested.

Mooi appartement gelegen in een wijk met villa’s boven de stad.

Prettig verblijf in dit appartement. Alles was aanwezig. Vriendelijke verhuurder die ook snel reageert. Wij hebben genoten van onze rust in dit prima en schone appartement. Het zwembad was schoon en verwarmd. Door de covid maatregelen kozen wij om te zonnen bij ons eigen appartement. Dat was prima. Voor boodschappen of bezoek aan een restaurant. We hebben zelfs een extra dag geboekt (rechtstreekse boeking is een stukje goedkoper😉). Dank je wel Carla (en Gigi)voor prettige verblijf. 😘😎

Ferienwohnung Giulia

Sehr gepflegte und saubere Ferienwohnung. Ideal für Pärchen. Traumhafter Terrassenblick über das ganze Tal. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben wertvolle Tipps. Der Hafen von Imperia ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und man kann dort sehr gut essen. Unser Auto konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus parken. Wir verbrachten wieder mal eine herrliche Woche in dieser schönen Umgebung und wir kommen auch gerne wieder. Barbara und Josef

Great view, clean rooms, quiet place

The apartment was good. It was clean and big enough. Airco was great. Also the view from the apartment was fantastic. We only found it a little bit disappointing that there were so many rules at the pool area. Our son loves to through a bal around the swimmingpool but that was not allowed. Maybe it is good to put such rules in the advertisement.
