Enchanting villa set on the rock with two private descents to the sea on two different bays.
Built in the early '50s in typical Mediterranean style, it consists of a main body and a natural park of over 3000 square meters!
The villa is surrounded by a green and lush garden embellished with typically Mediterranean plants and flowers, sculptures, amphorae and perched overlooking the sea, emblem of the house.
Castiglioncello is an ancient Etruscan village, Castiglioncello dominates a small promontory that is the last offshoot of the Livorno mountains. Tourist resort of international prestige, from some charmingly renamed "pearl of the Tyrrhenian", Castiglioncello is endowed with a persistent charm. Red cliffs overlooking the sea, sheltered bays, beaches and coves bathed in clear water, a beautiful pine forest that inspires artists, painters, writers and poets, Castiglioncello knows how to welcome those who visit it. Portrayed in the paintings of the Macchiaioli, historically frequented by personalities from the world of culture and entertainment, this small town has over time become a culturally very lively center. But Castiglioncello is not just culture, the center offers in fact an articulated range of possibilities to practice different sports, starting from the sea, up to tennis and trekking.
