1st time on Sardinia
We had lovely holiday on Sardinia. The property is located in a convenient location. Shop round the corner! Close to the handy road connections. The house is on a shared property with the other twin apartment. There is enough shade provided. Laura is very attentive and friendly. She is helpful in every way. House has got basic equipment, a bit dated and used. We wrongly assumed that all houses have AC but sadly no! It was really hot and humid so you need to keep your shutters closed and windows open, to let the air in and keep the mosquitos out! If you have noisy neighbours that may not work;-)!

Wunderschöne Woche auf Sardinien
Wir haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. Ruhige umgebung und sehr nette Nachbarn. Wir haben einmal sogar frisches Gemüse aus dem Garten bekommen und konnten uns einen sehr feinen Salat daraus machen. Laura ist sehr nett und hat uns alles gut erklährt. Wir hatten als Familie eine super Zeit auf Sardinien.

Io e la mia famiglia con bambini (8 e 10 anni) abbiamo soggiornato dal 10 al 17 agosto. Bellissima esperienza, casa accogliente e curata. L’host Laura e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi e premurosi. Vacanza da ripetere, magari in un periodo diverso con meno affollamento nelle spiagge.

Lovely, comfortable property
Five of us (all adults) stayed here for three nights to attend a wedding nearby. We loved our stay - the property was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We found it easy to get to with easy parking. We particularly enjoyed the lovely outdoor area where we had breakfast every day. There is a cafe, restaurant and shop within ten minutes walk which was very handy. The host, Laura, was very helpful and communicative, and very accommodating with multiple rearrangements due to covid!

Splendida villetta bifamiliare
Abbiamo passato una settimana stupenda in questa fantastica villetta con giardino. La casa è grande, pulita e ben curata oltre che essere in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere sia le spiagge più belle della costa sia il centro di San Teodoro per passare una serata in compagnia. Impossibile non riservare una nota di merito a Laura che oltre ad accoglierci con grande entusiasmo, ha saputo indicarci tutte le attività della zona e i migliori posti e locali da visitare. Super consigliata!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt nahe S. Theodoro
Sehr freundlicher Empfang vor der Vermieterin! Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und lichtdurchflutet. Sie hat eine schöne Terrasse mit einem Blick in den Garten. Dort befinden sich auch die Liegen zum Sonnen. Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist recht kurz, ca 10 min mit dem Auto. Zu den Stränden ist es auch ein Katzensprung! Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

We spend a wonderful week in the late season of oktober. The friendly host family was very kind in helping us with every wish or question, with the barbeque and they even provided us with fresh baked cake! The accomodation has nice places to sit in the garden and at the terrasses.

Die Fewo ist wunderbar geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und die Ansprechpartnerin Laura ist sehr nett und immer zur Stelle, wenn Bedarf war. Es gab sogar ein sehr nettes Abschiedsgeschenk!

We had a lovely stay , the location is perfect , close to all the amazing beaches. I wish we could stay longer , 5 days are not enough. Laura and her family are amazing host , very kind . The kids loved everything and we hope to come back next year to visit what we missed this time.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, dass aber gleich daneben noch ein gleiches Ferienhaus hat. Die Nachbarn stören aber nicht, sind aber in Sichtnähe. Im Haus ist für Selbstverpfleger alles drin und gleich daneben ist ein kleiner Supermarkt für die Grundversorgung. Die gastgeberin Laura ist total nett und jeder andere Wunsch wird erfüllt, sofern möglich. Wlan ist zwar da aber wie auf der gnazen Insel mittelmäßig. Anosten eine tolle Terrasse und große Zimmer. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Woche

Super Aufenthalt.
Alles was man für einen strandurlaub braucht ist im Haus vorhanden. Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Und Laura ist für Rat und Tat jederzeit zur Stelle. Wir konnten eine Woche super entspannen. Was jedoch ganz gut gewesen wäre, wäre vllt ein deckenventilator, da die Räume sonst sehr warm und stickig werden.

casa situata in zona molto carina e tranquilla, casa molto pulita, spiaggia a pochi km dalla casa. Tutto molto accessibile dai supermercati ai ristoranti come San Teodoro se si vuole passare una serata vivace. Proprietari della casa gentilissimi. Hanno fatto di tutto per farci sentire in famiglia Ottimo!

Villetta accogliente, dotata di ogni comfort
Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque persone in questa confortevole villetta che si trova in una traversa della strada statale 125, a circa 2,5 chilometri dalla spiaggia di Lu Impostu. Nonostante la vicinanza alla statale, il rumore delle macchine è quasi impercettibile. I proprietari sono sempre stati gentilissimi, più che disponibili ad aiutarci in ogni occasione. La casa inoltre dispone di un'ampia cucina, uno splendido barbecue in muratura oltre che ad un giardino molto curato, una veranda in comune ed una veranda privata, perfetta per pranzare o cenare al fresco.

La Casa Mimosa di Lu Fraili
Die " Casa Mimosa" ist ein schönes Ferienhaus für 4 Erwachsene und mehrere Kinder. Zu zweit haben wir uns dort rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Garten ist großzügig und gepflegt: Kinder finden dort viel Platz zum Spielen. Alle können dort die Sonne oder den Schatten der Bäume genießen; es gibt eine überdachte Terrasse mit Sichtschutz zum Nachbarn und eine große, überdachte zweite Terrasse mit Sitzmöbeln. Die Hauptstraße ist weit genug entfernt: man hört sie nicht. Das Haus ist dennoch sehr gut über jene SS 125 erreichbar, die direkt von Olbia-Flughafen kommend nach Lu Fraili, einem Ortsteil von San Teodoro, führt. Es gibt eine große Außenküche mit schönem Grill: ein Erlebnis für denjenigen, der es gewohnt ist nur drin zu kochen... Die Inneneinrichtung ist einfach, für Urlaubszwecke völlig ausreichend: das Schöne ist die Natur draußen, die ruhige Umgebung, die vielen Strände in der Nähe, die Spazierwege am Meer und in den Bergen dahinter. Die Besitzer, Franca uns Salvatore, geben gern Auskunft darüber, was sich wo befindet: in italienischer Sprache zwar, aber mit Hand und Fuß und ... Kartenmaterial oder Skizzen. Beide Töchter sprechen englisch: Laura verwaltet die Ferienhäuser der Familie; ihre Eltern helfen immer mit. In der Küche findet man reichlich Geschirr zum Kochen: wenn etwas fehlt, kann man es zum Teil bei Franca aus ihrer Küche ausleihen. Es sind Gewürze da, Kaffee, und andere Zutaten ... Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich, betreuen ihre Gäste sehr herzlich, ohne sich aufzudrängen; Ratschläge hat Salvatore immer bereit; Franca verwöhnt alle mit Kaffee und "dolci sardi" aus eigener Herstellung. Auf Anfrage hilft Salvatore gern am Grill, beim Zubereiten von Fisch auf Holzkohle. Auf dem großen Gelände gibt es noch weitere Ferienhäuser und -wohnungen der Familie: alle mit Gartenzugang. Wir haben dort schon zwei Mal unseren Urlaub verbracht, werden immer wieder dorthin zurückkehren. Hortense und Bianka aus Werder ( Havel) bei Potsdam
