The front of the cottage sits on the beach with Lake Ontario rolling in the waves. There is a deck with a bar and stools for enjoying a cocktail at sunset or something to eat during the day. Between the deck and the Lake is a raised sandy beach for playing in the sand or getting some sun. Large boulders protect this beach from the waves if the lake gets rough. Plenty of body surfing and swimming in the Lake. The Lake has a sandy bottom and there are no drop offs so its great for you and the kids. The back of this wonderful cottage sits on Sodus Bay with a raised sandy beach and two palm trees . There is a 16 x 24' deck with an outdoor kitchen 10 x 6' which includes a Weber gas grill. There is a fire pit and picnic table. The entire yard is beach sand. The water is calm and great for swimming and fishing, water-skiing, and all kinds of water sports. There is a floating dock and great fishing from the dock.
This cottage has a 60 foot dock and comes with a 14 foot aluminum boat with a four stroke 10 HP outboard motor.(Gas for the week runs $15.00 with unlimited refills.
Free Seaplane rides. (all conditions permitting). Let us take you up to see the numerious Bald and Golden Eagles Bring your camera for some fantastic pictures.
All our cottages are fully stocked with pots, pans, plated cups, glasses, wine glasses, Blenders, mixers, and more. The beds are made with sheets only, you bring pillows, towels and blankets as of Covid-19 new rules. There is endless toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels and much more. The kitchen has it all. fully equipped with the latest cooking utensils. There is a Bunn coffee maker for large pots and a K-cup coffee maker for a cup on the run. Washer and dryer are included.
There is 1 red and 1 white personally selected wines for your enjoyment. All complimentary! When you arrive enjoy some fresh crackers and a block of the local extra sharp cheese.

Why they chose this property
Scott grew up out here on Crescent Beach. Since 1960, Scott used to camp out here on the beach when there were no cottages at all. In 1989 Scott started developing the beach to share his paradise with others. There is no other place like this in NY. The sunsets are considered to be in the top ten in the world! There is no road access to the beach which is one of the best features! It's just a 5 minute boat ride from our marina. It is very private and beautiful! You will love it here!
