This sweet farmhouse has great views and amenities, in a quiet country setting, just fifteen minutes from all the downtown Chattanooga fun! Three bedroom, two baths with a fully stocked kitchen and great living area. Enjoy all the fun Chattanooga has to offer then settle in at the farmhouse to grill out dinner on the screened in back porch. After dinner, roast marshmallows at the fire pit while you watch for shooting stars in the dark country sky. The spacious living room features a 55 inch flat screen SmartTV with Roku and DVD - choose to relax old school by choosing from our collection of DVDs or sign into your streaming accounts to keep up with the latest greatest out there! The front bedroom holds a full bed and dresser. You'll find two twin beds in the middle bedroom and in the Master, a queen bed, private full bath, washer/dryer and a second smart television. Why pile in a hotel room and live out of suitcase when you can unwind, unpack and stretch out in this quiet relaxed setting? With almost an acre lot, there is plenty of yard to enjoy as well!

Nearby activities include hiking and rock climbing in addition to the full list of options available downtown. Take in a Lookouts game, walk the Walnut Street Bridge, enjoy dinner at one of Chattanooga's fabulous local restaurants, play at the Creative Discovery Museum or check out a new band or an old favorite at one of the many concert opportunities downtown.

Extremely Peaceful

Great stay - excellent property - yard was fantastic for our dog and the place just exudes relaxation. Only complaint is there were a LOT of bees in the bushes by the back porch entrance. They did not bother us and I did not see one bee on the back porch itself or anywhere else while we were there, but it was a surprise when we arrived to check in. Like I said, it turned out to be a non-issue and I would stay here again without hesitation. One of the most relaxing settings I’ve been in and the whole crew agreed. Hosts were extremely nice and helpful.

Family time

This is the second time we have stayed at this property to spend time with family. It is such a comfortable place to stay and the owners made us feel welcome both times. We also enjoy the quietness and beauty of the area, even the flock of turkeys we watched every morning. We would definitely choose this property to stay again.

Feel at home at Grandma's house

Overall the stay met our needs but it was a little farther out than we anticipated. It's a great home for many travelers the bedrooms are nicely spaced. We had some internet outages but we survived. Would recommend.

Cozy Home

We enjoyed our two-night stay in this cozy little home. The neighborhood was quiet and the setting was picturesque. The beds were comfortable, the home was inviting, and just what we needed. We didn't arrive at the house until dark, which made unloading difficult since there aren't any floodlights. The owner is aware of this and said she would look into the porch light fixture. I will also mention this isn't for people who have trouble climbing stairs as there were stairs to both entrances of the house, which could make it difficult to carry in luggage. The games and books were a nice touch, as were the moon pies! We really enjoyed our stay here! The owner was very helpful and responsive.

Family vacation

This was a nice cozy and clean place. It was within good driving distance to hiking, other attractions & activities, food, and shopping. The owners offered helpful suggestions in their info book. We also had a few questions throughout the stay and the owners were very responsive. Would definitely come back!

So peaceful

We were visiting the Chattanooga area for a conference but didn’t want to stay in the city. This house was in such a peaceful and beautiful area. We had a few issues with internet dropping but Stephanie was quick to respond. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again!

Family Reunion

The property was wonderful! We loved the view and the privacy. It was conveniently located a half mile from Falling Waters Baptist Church where our reunion took place and only about 5 miles from many chain restaurants. We appreciated the games and puzzles to keep the children occupied and the k-cups supplied for coffee. The only suggestion we have is maybe adding some powdered coffee creamer to the supplies.☕️

In the area to attend a wedding.

Clean comfortable house on a quite road yet just a few minuets from anything you may need. We had hot and muggy weather but the house stayed cool and comfortable inside. Five adults used all four beds in the house and everyone rested well. We cooked all of our meals in-house during our three day/night stay and it was stocked with everything we needed. All we brought with us was the food!

Beautiful house, beautiful location

The redhouse was perfect and the location was beautiful. Stephanie was very nice and was quick to respond to questions. The power went out for a couple of hours due to storms and Stephnie was quick to let us know the status of the power outage. I would be delighted to stay there again in the future.

The little redhouse is Wonderful. The pictures don't do it justice. We were very comfortable despite having no A/C. We notified the owner and she took care of it right away and even was so kind to refund us a night because the part to repair it wasnt available until next day.

Perfect house & location!

This house was the perfect place for everyone to rest during our trip. The house is on a quiet, peaceful street and backs up to a field with the mountain at a short distance. With 2 porches, a living room, and a big yard, there were plenty of places for everyone (especially Mom) to have time to themselves when needed. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the basics, and there were plenty of towels and washcloths for our 8 day stay. The location is very convenient to Soddy Daisy, Hwy 153, and Hwy 27, which was so perfect for our stay. We would love to have stay there again!
