Agréable

Petite maison agréable, dommage que le temps n’était pas avec nous. Hôte très sympathique, ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous préparer lit parapluie, chaise haute et matelas à langer. Le bien est excentré de saint coulomb mais en voiture tout est accessible facilement (cancale à 8 min, saint Malo, dinard et dinan environ 25 à 30 min). Plage en bas de la rue, on peut y aller à pied il faut juste être motivés pour remonter la côte. Le logement est très pratique, tout petit bémol pour le canapé qui n’est pas très confortable mais bon c’est une location de vacances donc on y passe peu de temps 😊

Gite saint Coulomb côté jardin

Gîte très agréable et très bien situé entre Cancale et Saint Malo.Plage à proximité ainsi que sentiers pour marche et circuit vélo.Très propre et bien entretenu avec un extérieur au calme.Accueil chaleureux et propriétaire très sympathique .

My husband and I have stayed at this property and the adjoining gite on a number of occasions and on each occasion, we have been most impressed by the hospitality and friendliness of our hosts. This year, the gite has been upgraded with a new kitchen and a new shower, both of which added great comfort to our stay. The property is in a beautiful location, near an amazing beach and within a short driving distance of the beautiful towns of Cancale, St. Malo and Mont St. Michel. We highly recommend this gite and compliment and thank our hosts - we had a very comfortable visit, a very enjoyable stay and look forward to a return visit soon.

La situation géographique de la location est impeccable. Peu de kilomètres à faire pour visiter Cancale Dinard Saint Malo Dinan Saint Sulliac Rotheneuf. Et La location idéale avec un propriétaire très disponible et très gentil. Allez y vous ne serez pas déçu

Una settimana in coppia col cane

Siamo stati una settimana col cane ed è andato tutto bene, la casa si trova in una posizione strategica sia per fare mare che per visitare le principali mete turistiche della zona. Piena corrispondenza con la descrizione dell'annuncio: semplice ma ben accessoriata ed un piacevole giardino che col cane abbiamo usato molto. Ho da segnalare solo i letti non particolarmente comodi. Attenzione: La dicitura "pulizie su richiesta": significa che se non la richiedete dovete averla fatta voi alla consegna dell'alloggio..abbiamo avuto uno spiacevole confronto con il sig.Richard per questo fraintendimento, motivo per il quale è stato inutilmente aggressivo. Ci è dispiaciuto, siamo rimasti stupiti e mortificati per questo perché non era nelle nostre intenzioni scappare senza pagare. per il supplemento Cane: malgrado il cane ci sia fin dall'inizio, il pagamento del supplemento è stato chiesto alla fine della permanenza, assieme alle pulizie. Strana cosa. Abbiamo risolto tutto e rapidamente con un bonifico istantaneo.

We arrived to a warm welcome in Saint Coloumb. The property was clean, well lit and warm. Richard is a friendly host. The location was great for us, lovely and quiet. Amenities nearby in Saint Coloumb proper, with a Super U 6 minutes drive away in the other direction. The beach was even closer! We loved our stay here and we hope to return again.

Super séjour ensoleillé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et étions proches de nombreux sites à visiter ( mont St Michel, Dinan, St Malo, et bien d'autres). Le logement est coquet et bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants . On y retournera.

Gîte très confortable et très calme à 1km de la plage

Le gîte se situe près du Fort Du Guesclin avec une très belle plage, à mi-chemin entre Cancale et St Malo. Il y a de belles balades à faire sur le GR 34. Dans le gîte, il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer d'agréables vacances.

Middle week en avril

Un accueil sympathique d'un propriétaire attentif et discret. Le logement, fonctionnel, est bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié le calme du hameau qui est idéalement situé entre Cancale et Saint-Malo mais aussi proche d'une très belle côte. Pensez à votre chèque pour la caution car n'étant pas indiqué sur l'annonce je me suis trouvé démuni... Heureusement notre hôte s'est montré compréhensif et nous a proposé que la caution, diminuée de moitié, lui soit versée par liquide. Je recommande vivement ce gîte

Location de vacances au top

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison de Richard et Marylene, la maison est vraiment très bien équipée, tout est présent pour passer de bonnes vacances. La maison est idéalement située. Si nous avons à revenir dans la région ce sera de nouveau dans cette maison.
