'Otter Lodge' Chalet to Rent in the heart of the Jurassic Coast in Seaton Devon
Situated in delightful surroundings on a private chalet park (not a holiday camp) and is an ideal base to explore the beautiful areas of East Devon or to just have a peaceful and relaxing holiday and enjoy the communal gardens.
Set at the top of Seaton, East Devon on the main Lyme Regis to Exeter A3052 it is in easy reach of Sidmouth, Beer, Axminster, Branscombe, Lyme Regis, Exeter, West Bay and many of the local attractions such as Beer Quarry Caves, Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy Adventure Park to name a few and the beautiful coastal walks, friendly country pubs and beaches along the Jurassic Coastline.
Otter Lodge is a well presented and comfortable cedar wood chalet with all the amenities you need to make your stay enjoyable. Whether you want a quiet, relaxing break or somewhere to stay so you can visit all the stunning local areas and attractions along the Jurassic Coast, this is the place for you.
The Lodge sleeps 4 people and comprises of an open plan living/dining and kitchen area; two bedrooms; bathroom; storage area for luggage; veranda/terrace and washing line in the rear garden.. Smoking is not permitted inside the Lodge.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all you might need for meal preparation and presentation, whether using the microwave or baking and roasting! There is a full sized oven, electric hob, fridge and other appliances. Tea towels are provided together with other cleaning cloths and materials.
The Living Room has a three-seater sofa, pouf/footstool and two arm chairs, TV with Freeview, DVD player and radio, electric fire and additional radiators.
The Dining Area has a table and 4 chairs. There is an additional table and 2 chairs on the veranda for 'al fresco' dining or just somewhere to sit and relax.
The Bedrooms have small wardrobes for storage and wall mounted heaters. Bedroom One is a double room and Bedroom Two is a twin-bedded room. Bed Linen is provided.
The Bathroom has a bath, wash basin and toilet with a wall mounted heater. Bathroom Towels are not provided
Heating and Power is supplied via a £1 Coin Meter (not included in the rental price). Electricity charges will depend on usage.
Hot Water is supplied via the immersion heater
Safety: There is a smoke detector, fire blanket and extinguisher in the kitchen area together with a fully equipped First Aid Kit.
Pet Friendly: A maximum of two well behaved and house-trained dogs are permitted for a small additional charge.
Additional Extras: The Lodge has a selection of DVDs and CDs together with various board games suitable for all ages to keep the whole family amused during your stay. A complimentary welcome basket is also provided for that much needed cuppa on arrival.
Outside the Lodge:
There is a decked veranda with seating. Smoking is permitted on the Veranda. There is also a washing line in the rear chalet garden.

Parking: The Lodge has its own allocated parking space and parking is free to guests. There are also numerous visitor spaces available.
Onsite Shop: There is a filling station and convenience store alongside the Chalet Park which is well stocked for all your basic needs.
Local Travel: There is a bus stop outside the Chalet Park and buses run regularly to all the local areas and attractions - ideal if you prefer not to drive and find parking spaces
