Spacious, good location.

Apartment was spacious and clean. Great location, close to bus, metro and trains. Some issue with the blinds and couch a little “tired” but over all very comfortable. Would recommend.

Appartamento carino e accogliente comodo per la famiglia, noi eravamo in 5 . Ottima posizione per visitare il centro a piedi e per raggiungere i mezzi di trasporto, treno e tram per le gite fuori città.

Fabulous apartment

The apartment was beautiful and located close to everything - restaurants, supermarkets and culture. The marble bathroom was huge and there was another good-sized one on the main floor. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy and the owner/manager was responsive to our requests. The blender did not work and he sent a new one. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect Location

Great visit

The apartment was spacious and provided everything we needed. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable. Close to resteraunts and transportation. There is a lot of uphill climbing to get to the apartment and also on the top floor, so lots of stairs. Overall great place! Cheryl and Glenn (Halifax, Nova Scotia

Nice Space in a great local location

This was a great property located in an amazing little local neighborhood. We were able to walk everywhere and all of the small local restaurants that we visited were amazing!!! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a genuine local Lisbon experience.

Charming Place in a Great Location but Very Poor Management Company

The charming apartment was a great place to stay while we were in Lisbon. Lots of space and places to sleep. Although it was my cousin and I and we didn't need the space - it would be a great place for larger groups or families to stay as well. The location is great, only a short walk down the hill to the town center of the Baixa neighborhood. The street is pretty noisy and without AC, you need the windows open to sleep comfortably so if you're concerned about noise, would not recommend this place. Everything after check-in was great, however before that, we were not impressed with the management company. We got many different emails with conflicting information. Regarding check-in, they were very clear on directions (via email) of what we were to do when arriving in Lisbon, however but when we got in to town, that process was not followed at all. It seemed as though they would coordinate with us and find a convenient time according to our arrival details, that was not the case, our check-in time was scheduled without letting us know and resulted in us waiting 2 hours with our luggage and nowhere really to go, unless we wanted to haul our luggage up and down the hilly streets. The person we were instructed to call was very rude and not helpful at all. Our check-in assistant that met us at the place was very nice, very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for where to eat/places to go to/see. However, all the check-in confusion aside, things after that were great. The apartment was clean, however there were little things like dishes in the dishwasher, no extra trash bags and no soap in any bathroom and a terrible smell from the washing machine. None of those things were too big of a deal for us as we were only there a few nights and were mostly out around town, however things to note and discuss beforehand should you decide to stay. All in all it is a great places to stay in a great location if little things like the above don't bother you too much.

Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist - nach 3 Tagen konnten wir den modrigen Geruch nicht mehr ertragen

Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist gut, wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche ist gut zu benutzen. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle mit Durchgangstüren miteinander verbunden und somit nicht geräuschisoliert. Wäre alles soweit gut gewesen, wäre da nicht der penetrante Modergeruch, der auch durch ausgiebiges Lüften nach 3 Tagen noch in die Nase stieg. Schlafen bei geschlossenen Fenstern daher unmöglich. Schlafen bei offen Fenstern wegen der Geräuschkulisse in der Straßenschlucht auch. Wir sind für die letzte Nacht in Lissabon in ein Hotel umgezogen. Der Blick von der Terrasse zeigt die halbe Wahrheit- im linken Blickfeld sieht man den Tejo, im rechten Blickfeld ein unbewohnbar verfallenes Gebäude- somit kein Ausblick wie in der Annonce suggeriert.

Great location, updated modern apartment.

The check in process was quick and easy, the location is perfect- very close to most of the sights in the historic center of Lisbon. The only downside was the street that the apartment is located on is quite steep, making it difficult for my parents who are in their 70s.
