Parkview 2 bedroom penthouse with air-conditioning, WIFI & huge terrace!

Parkview is a 2 bedroom penthouse overlooking the Torre del conde park. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Please note, due to the shape of the twin room it is not possible for the beds to be pushed together. The building is at sea level so no stairs to climb! Situated close to: Supermarket, bus station, shops, bars & restaurants. Fully air conditioned & Wifi, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, Smart tv with Netflix & Amazon Prime. For account holders. Only 5 mins from the marina. Parking nearby. Huge private terrace with chill out sofa & chairs, also a large dining table & chairs, BBQ, & sun loungers.

Please note: NO check in or check out on December 25th or January 1st.

Upon arrival, all guests over the age of 16 will be required to produce their passport/ID card for scanning and the guests signature is also requested for the "parte de entrada de viajeros" as required by Spanish law.

Hidden gem

We had a lovely stay in La Gomera. All amenities very good and within easy reach. Parkview has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and ticks every box.

Wonderful penthouse with fabulous views

Fantastic apartment right in the centre. Close to shops and restaurants but it was very quiet. Very well equipped and comfortable apartment. Had everything we needed and with lots of extras kindly left for us to use. We loved the outside space overlooking the park and the marina. Got lots of sun but had lovely furniture in the shade too. The lift was great to get your shopping and luggage to the apartment. Vicki and Jason went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Fantastic hosts. Just loved this apartment and will go back and stay when we go back to La Gomera. It’s a fantastic base to explore the island from. And what a beautiful island it is.

De passage 4 jours sur la Gomera. Nous n avons pas pu profiter pleinement des lieux... Mais rien que les 4 jours ont ete hyper agréable. Tout etaient bien. Les hotes Jason et Vicky....super sympa.. Procédures entrées et sorties tres conviviale... L appartement hyper agréable...propre et totalement fonctionnel.....j ai meme pas eu le temps de faire un BBQ :) Le lieu tres calme et proche de tout.. L ile petite mais grande dans la variétés des paysages Bref nous avons dit a Vicky la phrase de terminator. "I 'll be back...." 4 jours très agréables

Séjour merveilleux

Vicky est une super hôte, très agréable et réactive. Nous la remercions d’avoir bien voulu s’arranger pour nos horaires d’arrivée/départ. L’appartement est magnifique et très fidèle aux photo. La terrasse est vraiment un grand plus. L’appartement est parfait à la fois pour une famille que pour un groupe d’amis. Merci encore pour ce séjour à la Gomera que nous n’oublierons pas.

Einfach traumhaft!

Vicki und Jason sind so nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastisch und die riesige Dachterrasse ein Traum. Tolle Ausstattung, alles was man braucht.

Best apartment in La Gomera. Plenty of room, high class furnishing, comfortable beds, great power shower, fully equipped modern kitchen. Larder stocked with some essentials. Very quiet inside and outside apartment, beside lovely park a few minutes walk to beach and places to eat and drink. We have stayed here before and will again. Vickie and Jason take very good care of their guests.

Superb Property for Sun Lovers

A lovely clean comfortable 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with the most enormous balcony and gas bbq . The kitchen was fully equipped and there was plenty space to eat inside or outside. Comfy sofas. Very helpful and friendly owners. Probably best apartment in San Sebastián de la Gomera.

Jason die op dezelfde verdieping zijn eigen woning heeft met zijn vrouw Vicki ontving ons allervriendelijkst. Het appt is heel ruim. Heeft een supergroot terras en is van alle gemakken voorzien. We waren veel te vinden in de haven waar fam met hun zeilboot ligt. Mooie en afwisselende wandelingen gemaakt.

Locatie, locatie, locatie

Heerlijk penthouse met lift, midden in San Sebastian, dus het fijne zwarte zandstrand, de goede eetgelegenheden, busstation, winkels en supermarkt op enkele minuten lopen. Het enorme dakterras heeft de hele dag zon en heet niet voor niets Parkview. Wat ons betreft is er geen betere locatie in San Sebastian.

schöne Wohnung in bester Lager mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, die Dachterrasse aber riesig. Tolle Ausstattung. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am Hafen, am Strand und in der Fußgängerzone. Gute Restauranttipps haben wir auch erhalten.
