In the beautiful area of Costa Paradiso, Sardinia, Casa di Bianca is a pretty terraced house, free on three sides, in a complex of 6, in a quiet, discreet and panoramic area with a shared swimming pool.
From the 3 large terraces, which overlook the garden and in the front row towards the swimming pool, you can enjoy the infinite view of the sea and the surrounding nature; it has a small private garden, barbecue and every comfort, in addition to the swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests of the 6 villas, open from June to mid-September.
It is the ideal place to relax feeling at home, to have an aperitif and to dine enjoying beautiful sunsets, to stroll and explore the surroundings between the red rocks of Gallura and the Mediterranean scrub,
and of course to experience the sea of Sardinia, reaching its wonderful beaches or going in search of hidden coves.
Inside the house there is a large living room with two sofas, buffet, table and chairs for 6 people, perfectly equipped kitchen wall equipped with every accessory, two pleasant bedrooms that open onto the terraces towards the sea, a bathroom and a service area.
On the back, a patio with barbecue and a comfortable outdoor shower (see the house's amenities in detail below).

There is a private medical service within Costa Paradiso - very close to the house. Medical guards and hospitals are a few kilometers away.

A sports center with restaurant is within walking distance.
Two shopping centers, also with fruit, fresh meat and fish shops, gastronomy, patisserie, boutiques, supermarket, bars and restaurants and everything you need, can be reached by car in a few minutes.
From the restaurants and bars located in different areas of Costa Paradiso you can enjoy the pleasures of sight and palate.

The Costa Paradiso area offers many opportunities for fun, sports (including diving and boat rental), hiking along the coast or inland, as well as being within easy reach of wonderful beaches.
Its strategic position allows you to easily visit famous places, such as Stintino , Castelsardo or Santa Teresa di Gallura, or Porto Cervo and others, but Gallura is also dotted with villages rich in typical charm and culture, with inimitable and very precious craftsmanship, popular festivals and traditions, which are worth discovering. Then there are the archaeological sites, the cork woods and the monumental ogliastri (olive trees), and much more.

Comfortabel huis met schitterend uitzicht in een prachtig gebied

Alles wat je nodig hebt was voorzien. Eleonora was erg vriendelijk en hielp met alles, stuurde tips voor uitstapjes,... Nog maar zelden zo'n goed verblijf gehad! Zwembad was gedeeld met 5 maar we hadden het zo goed als alleen..

Perfektes Ferienhaus im Paradies

Wir waren eine Woche im Casa Bianca und haben uns wie zu hause gefühlt. Es war ein perfekter Aufenhalt. Das Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten die man braucht. Eleonora hat immer schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet und uns Tipps für Strände gegeben. Von der Terrasse kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen und der Pool war für unsere zwei Kinder der absolute Hit. Wir durften uns auch um die Hauskatze Micia kümmern . Super lustig waren die Wilschweine die uns immer wieder besucht haben- diese trifft man an der gesamten Costa Paradiso.

Very well equipped house with nice pool and beautiful sea view.

Stayed for a week with family. Casa di Bianca is well situated with a fine view, a short drive from the village centre. It's really well equipped - for example in addition to the shower in the bathroom, there's also a poolside shower, and a third one outside at the back - really useful when coming back from the beach. The pool is a good depth for kids - our 8-year-old could just about stand up throughout - but deep enough for adults to swim. The wild boar snuffling around are very sweet (and not very wild). The air conditioning unit is in the kitchen/living room and works well, but there's no separate aircon in the bedrooms - we were there in hot weather, so needed to keep the bedroom doors open. Lots of helpful tips and information from Eleonora. Our favourite beach was Li Ferula, which is a 25-minute drive away, but others are closer - Li Cossi is spectacular but crowded. The Calice d'Oro restaurant is excellent.

Sehr schöner Platz zum Verweilen

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern 11 und 12 J.) verbrachten dort im August eine tolle Woche. Das Haus war wie im Inserat beschrieben und sehr sauber. Es war alles wichtige vorhanden. Unsere Tochter nächtigte fast die ganze Woche in der Hängematte auf der Terrasse, sie war völlig begeistert. Auch der Rest der Familie verbrachte viel Zeit auf der Terrasse, vor allem die Sonnenuntergänge waren Super! Der Pool war genau wie alles Andere sehr sauber und war im August eine schöne Abkühlung. Erwähnenswert sind auf jedenfall auch die gelegentlichen Besuche von Wildschweinchen aller Altersgruppen im Garten. Die waren allesamt friedlich und bissle neugierig, keinesfalls störend. Unsere Kinder (und wir auch) schlossen sie direkt ins Herz. Im Ort selber gibt es ein kleines Zentrum mit Bäckerei, Metzger, Fischladen und weiteren Läden. Aufgrund der Hitze sind wir da aber meist hin gefahren, da es doch ein kleines Stück ins Tal geht. Umliegend befinden sich viele schöne Strände, wir waren an keinrm Strand zweimal, jeder ist was besonderes und sollte besucht werden. Ein Fahrzeug sollte dafür aber vorhanden sein. Von stark besucht mit Kiosk bis Naturstrand ist alles da, aber ich denke das gilt sowieso für ganz Sardinien :) Am Schluss möchten wir uns noch bei der Vermieterin bedanken, welche uns sehr gute Tipps bezüglich unseres Aufenthalts gab und sich dafür telefonisch und auch per Whatsapp viel Zeit nahm. Sie nannte uns die besten Strände und vor allem ein sagenhaftes Restaurant :) Vielen

Relaxing Hide Away

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay in this appartement. The sevice from Eleonora was outstanding, and the surrounding (nature, beach, sea, silence) was extraordinary.

Our Sardinia Holiday 2023

Great host with lots of information and help with our trip and things to do. Lovely little villa just perfect for us. Felt like home to us for our 2 weeks. We loved breakfast on the balcony with a lovely view and the sound of the little hogs bombing about !....dont use local supermarket go find a MD 15 minutes away much better choice and £......loved our stay in Casa Bianca ..xx

Amazing location and property

The property is very well equipped, everything is thought of, it was spotlessly clean, the pool was lovely and clean , Eleonora left us lots of local tips for beaches , towns and restaurants, we definitely want to go back to Casa di Bianca

Wundervolle Ferien

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Lage ruhig und wunderschön. Der Pool wurde von den Kindern sehr gerne genutzt. Es gibt vieles zu sehen und zu entdecken. Eleonora ist sehr freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und gibt viele gute Tipps. Ein perfekter Urlaub!

Amazing stay in Casa du Bianca

We had a great 2 weeks stay at Casa di Bianca with our two children, aged 9 and 4. We felt at home here. The sunsets over the sea from the terrace will stay with us forever! The house is very well equipped and everything is thought for comfort (air conditioning, mosquito nets everywhere, kitchen equipment, etc.) The swimming pool is very pleasant and we shared it with very few people (in the middle of August!) the residence is very quiet and the wild boars are very friendly. Eleonora was an incredible host. She was a great help in preparing our trip and was always available to give us good advice on sightseeing, beaches and restaurants. We would highly recommend this lovely house and would happily return.

Le paradis sarde

Casa di Bianca est un havre de paix où nous avons passé 10j fantastiques. Eleonora (que nous n’avons hélas pas pu rencontrer ) a été d’une bienveillance incomparable. Le cote rocheuse de ce côté de la Sardaigne était exactement ce que nous recherchions , des criques fabuleuses à l’eau turquoise et l’emplacement nous a tout de même permis d’aller faire les îles de la madelena et Asinara. Et le coucher du soleil en prenant l’apéro sur le terrasse est juste un moment suspendu dans le temps ! Magnifique séjour , à refaire !

Vacation in paradise

The house is beautifully situated on the hills of Costa Paradiso with amazing views of the sunsets in the sea. You feel right at home thanks to the cosy and colorful furniture and decorations. Magical place

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay (2 adults& 11year old& 12 year old). The house is clean, very comfortable with nice little cosy and artistic touches and kitchen is well equipped. With 3 interconnecting terraces close to the pool and direct view of the beautiful sunsets. Quiet and surrounded by nature and amazing rock formations. You need a car to get around, but many stunning beaches are within easy reach. Lovely owner who provides lots of information and help. Thank you for letting us stay and experience this nice place!

Costa Paradiso. Très belle location

Belle location très propre et très fonctionnelle, avec tout le confort possible : climatisation, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle et supers oreillers et matelas. Endroit splendide : vue magnifique tous les soirs sur de fabuleux couchers de soleil. Assez calme puisque nous n'étions que 2 couples à profiter de la piscine. Fréquentes rencontres avec des gentilles familles de sangliers totalement inoffensifs, très dépaysant ! Eleonara est charmante et donne tous les bons plans pour passer un bon séjour et c'est réussi ! Nous reviendrons certainement car nous n'avons pas réussi à faire tout le tour de la Sardaigne !

Un petit coin de paradis

Magnifique séjour dans la location d'Eleonora pour notre famille ( 2 enfants et 2 Adultes) - Villa très bien équipée et très propre. On se sent vite chez soi! Vue magnifique, Piscine pour seulement 6 villas, endroit très paisible. Un grand merci à Eleonora pour toutes les informations (restaurants, visites, animations…). Costa Paradiso est un lieu idéal pour visiter les plages sauvages du Nord Ouest de la Sardaigne.

Schöne Ferien in Costa Paradiso

Wir hatten mit zwei Kindern einen schönen Urlaub an idyllischer Lage genossen. Der Pool vor der Haustüre war natürlich super. Es gibt viele sehr schöne Stein- wie auch Sandstrände in einem Umkreis von 30 min (mit Auto). Danke Eleonora für die vielen Tipps und Infos die Du uns vor und während des Aufenthaltes gegeben hast. Wir haben es in deinem Haus sehr genossen.

Ruhepause in Costa Paradiso

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern in den ersten zwei Juliwochen in der Unterkunft. Die Beschreibung des Objektes trifft auf alle Details zu. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine waren für uns hilfreich und eine willkommene Hilfe für die Ferien. Costa Paradiso ist ein guter Rückzugsort um sich nach „anstrengenden“ Tagesausflügen zu erholen. Den Pool hatten wir für uns alleine, da in dieser Zeit keine anderen Gäste anwesend waren.

Beau logement vue sur mer avec couchers de soleil superbes

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans le logement d'Eléonora en juillet 2018 : quinze jours à 4 avec 2 adolescentes . Le logement est grand, très bien équipé : on y est comme chez soi. En plus de la salle de bain, le logement est équipé d'une douche extérieure très pratique au retour de la baignade. La terrasse est très bien orientée avec vue à la fois sur la piscine et sur la mer avec de merveilleux couchers de soleil. Eléonora est très accueillante et très arrangeante. Nous recommandons sans réserve ce logement.
