The property is Gorgeous, well kept, Newly Renovated with High Quality Furniture and Bedding & Beautifully decorated. The Bathroom is Outstanding with The Best Fixtures, My Stay was Perfect, The Owners are available 24/7 if ever needed to answered any questions, also Door-to-door Taxi service at your finger tip, I would Definitely stay here again & again

Marlin Villa is our special vacation home where we love to unwind several times per year. Since we are away most of the time, we have decided to share this enchanted place with you.

We have put a lot of thought and energy in making your stay a memorable one as you experience the real Jamaica through the eyes of a local - a more authentic experience when compared to the fabricated all-inclusive hotel vacation.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because we had recently moved to Montego Bay and wanted somewhere central and close to important sites. We looked at a couple and instantly fell in love with this one as it had a beautiful cut stone wall and brick driveway and nice interior finishes. Not only that but it was relatively close to the main highway and had a recreational park right across from it.

What makes this property unique

The space is extremely comfortable and secluded. It features a nice tropical garden that surrounds the villa and creates somewhat of a privacy screen without obscuring the view of residents passing by on the street.

The driveway is nicely paved with bricks and accentuated with solid cut stone walls.

You will get the resort feeling while staying at this villa without paying the resort price. Best of all it will accommodate a family of up to 4 without any additional charges.
