This F3 apartment of 60m² area, at 2 Quai Anatole France, 2nd floor, the facade is exposed to SUD is located in the heart of the city, the harbor, close to shops.
Renovated in 2011, it combines modern comfort with the charm of a breathtaking view of the harbor, providing
an ever-spectacular of its balconies.

Cute apartment at the harbour of Audierne

Nice apartment directly at the harbour front in Audierne. As the two bedrooms are in the back, it was so quite to have a good sleep there. Brigitte is a very good host and was available all the time.

Just perfect

An absolutely clean, comfortable appartement in a perfect setting. Uncomparable harbour view. Unloading and loading in front of the door. 300 m to a free parking area. Staircase ist not really suitable for disabled persons. Key handover and introduction very friendly.

Urlaub in Audierne

Die schöne, helle Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Audierne mit einem tollen Blick auf den Hafen. Die nähere Umgebung ist wunderschön, sodass wir die zwei Wochen dort sehr genossen haben und gerne wieder kommen. 😃

Tolle Stadt, schönes Apartment

Das Apartment hat wirklich einen super schönen Ausblick auf den Hafen von Audierne, vor allem auch Nachts wen der Hafen ein wenig beleuchtet ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielleicht kommen wir mal wieder. Marion

Absolutes Desaster!

Während meiner Anreise (1.200km) bekam ich die Nachricht, dass die Heizung defekt sei und man mir eine alternative Möglichkeit der Unterbringung im Apartment der Schwester anbieten könnte. Die Lage wäre fast genauso gut und nur wenige Meter entfernt. Ich kam am nächsten Morgen in ein winziges und ungeputztes Apartment mit Blick auf einen Parkplatz und sollte auch noch für Bettwäsche bezahlen!! Nach der langen Anfahrt war ich leider zu erschöpft um adequat zu handeln und blieb leider. Durch die eisige Kälte im Apartment und dem völlig ausgekühlten Gebäude wurde ich krank. Von der Vermieterin wurde ich immer nur vertröstet, dass der Heizungsmonteur montags nicht arbeite, dass ein Teil ersetzt werden müsse und es erst beschafft werden müsse etc. Als ich sagte, dass es mir jetzt reiche und nach 5 Tagen abreiste, hieß es plötzlich, jetzt könne ich umziehen! Ich habe stattdessen dankend abgelehnt und bin immer noch krank nach Hause gefahren. Aus einem entspannten Arbeitsurlaub mit schöner Aussicht ist somit bei mir eine totale Enttäuschung, Arbeitsausfall, Krankheit und völlige Erschöpfung geworden.

Un gîte au centre de la ville

Un excellent séjour malgré la tempête et le mauvais temps. Toujours un moment de soleil dans la journée. Nous étions logés dans le port avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Belles ballades paysages pittoresques bref nous reviendrons.

4 x Top für: • Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin und Übergabe vor Ort • Sauberkeit • Einrichtung der Wohnung / Ausstattung • Aussicht und Lage, Audierne allgemein Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der komplett ausgestatteten und sauberen Wohnung verbringen können. Die Kommunikation zwischen Buchung und Anreise war immer flott, sehr freundlich und unseren Wünschen wurde entsprochen. Wir können einen Urlaub in Audierne und insbesondere in der Wohnung von Brigit nur voll und ganz empfehlen: Audierne ist ein schönes kleines Städtchen mit tollem Hafen, Restaurants (Orizhon), Cafes, Straßen, Bäckern... und sogar mit einer urigen Kneipe (L´escale). Obwohl wir im Juli dort waren, wirkte Audierne nicht überlaufen. Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet, uns fehlte es an nichts. Das Internet war schnell genug, um TV zu sehen und gleichzeit zu arbeiten. Die Beleuchtung ermöglicht auch indirektes Licht. Die Balkone bieten Platz für je zwei Personen und ermöglichen es, das quirlige Treiben auf der Strasse und im Hafen zu beobachten -stundenlang! Ab ca. 22h ist es auch vorne ruhig, es passieren nur wenige Autos. Die Schlafzimmer liegen rückwärtig - hier ist es selbst tagsüber absolut ruhig. Zum Treppenhaus und Parkplatzsituation: Es könnte ohne Zweifel eine Renovierung gebrauchen, ist aber weniger schlimm als wir aufgrund der Kommentare angenommen hatten. Trotz Juli hatten wir immer einen Platz in 5 Minuten Wir werden ohne Zweifel erneut diese Wohnung buchen! **EMPFEHLUNG**

Calme et à 2 pas du centre

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Tout se fait à pied. Un bémol pour les possibilités de parking (zone bleue en face de l’appartement ok pour le hors saison, sinon il faut se garer +/- 300m)

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Audierne

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft mit Blick auf den Hafen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und weitgehend komplett. In der Feriensaison ist halt ständiger Verkehr an der Promenade vor der Wohnung. Dadurch dass an zwei Tagen der Woche Markt ist (hier werden Parkflächen gesperrt) wird die Suche nach einem Parkplatz zeitaufreibend. Dennoch haben wir zu viert eine schöne Zeit dort verlebt und die weitläufigen Strände weiter südlich besucht. Einkaufen sowie die täglichen Besorgungen konnte man bequem vor Ort erledigen. Als Anregung würde ich empfehlen noch einige Ablagen und Halterungen im Bad anbringen zu lassen, was den Komfort verbessern würde. Ich möchte mich bei Mme. Andro und Mme. Lubart für die problemlose organisatorische Abwicklung bedanken. Carsten B.

Excellent séjour !

Emplacement idyllique pour contempler le port de plaisance au gré des marées. Dans l'appartement, la literie est très confortable, la pièce de vie très agréable et la cuisine parfaitement équipée. Comme déjà mentionné par d'autres vacanciers, les seuls points négatifs sont la difficulté à se stationner et les appartements dépourvus d'isolation. Si vous avez des enfants turbulents qui adorent sauter et courrir en permanence comme notre fille, c'est un peu frustrant. Mais je recommande malgré tout ce logement sans hésitation !

Ein schönes Apartment und ein sehr sympathischer Empfang! Die Realität hat den entsprochen.

Eine Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf den Hafen. Eine Wohnung, in der man selber auch gerne kocht: großer Küchentisch und gute Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Während das Apartment schön, sauber und funktional ist, ließ der Eingang ins Haus leider zu wünschen übrig.

Avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement spacieux et très lumineux. Seul inconvénient : le stationnement en zone bleue. Difficulté parfois pour se garer . J'imagine que l'été durant les vacances ce doit être infernal. Sinon, très belle vue depuis l'appartement sur le port et l'animation. Nous avons bien apprécié.

Un bon séjour

Une agente immobilier gentille et accueillante, qui a répondu présente très rapidement au besoin lors de notre petit soucis. Un emplacement au top, une vue imprenable sur les bateaux et les marées. Ce coin d'Audierne offre tout à proximité et de très belles balades (petit casino, leclerc, pharmacie, et toutes les premières nécessités). Le logement est très calme et offre toutes les fonctionnalités d'une maison. Les deux chambres sont confortables et l'appartement spacieux.
