The flat is located in a “golden triangle”, at equal distance from Saint-Germain des Prés’ Church, Saint-Supice’ Church and the Bon Marché. With its livy streets, the apartment benefits from many facilities just down the building (tube station, bus, supermarket) and is at six minutes walking distance from the Luxembourg garden.
Luxury Residence: The apartment, whose surface is 90 square meters, is made up with two bedrooms, a wide living room/dining room, an equiped kitchen (oven, dish washer, microwave), a bathroom (washing-machine and dryer) and separate water-closet. It is located on the 3rd floor (US speaking) with elevator, light and absolutely quiet (patio and garden). It is a high standing apartment (typical woodfloor, molding, fireworks) with concierge . As I travel a lot, please confirm availability before booking.The entrance door is equipped with a keypad and security video.

Perfect home base for a Paris getaway

The apartment is quite sizeable and comfortable with two generous bedrooms, a separate bathroom with a shower and bathroom with a toilet. Expansive storage, a nicely stocked kitchen, and comfortable dining and sitting areas. A great end-to-end experience.

The apartment is lovely, very quiet in a great area with lots of shops and cafes. The kitchen is modern and well equipped for cooking. Each bedroom has plenty of storage and the bathroom is modern. Beautiful hardwood floors and moldings. Really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely time

The apartment was lovely and in a great location. A little hard communicating with Jimson the property manager because of limited English. To be honest my train was delayed and had to text him multiple times because had to keep changing arrival. The water heater in kitchen makes intermittent clanking/groaning sound but one gets used to it. Well stocked kitchen. Here with my 2 adult daughters. Would stay again.

My sisters and I recently stayed in Paris for 3 days. The flat was beautiful and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is in a great location and quieter than the tourist hot spots. Our communication with the owner was seamless. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again.

Au Couer de St Germain

Lovely 2 BR apartment with elevator. Quiet courtyard view. Well equipped. Wonderful welcome with assistance with luggage and a bottle of champagne. Great location for walking and exploring. Metro stop across the street. One block from St. Sulpice. High end neighborhood.

First i would say it is in a great location and looks good. I travelled with my daughter and her 4 year old. It is NOT suitable for children. Thrre are several large panes of glass at child height which are very very thin...certainly NOT safety glass so we were frightened of the danger of it breaking dhould she touch it. Te flooring is very old original block wood and in very creaky and in places very uneven. The high emphasis on the quiet needed meant we were constantly worried about disturbing people. For the first two nights of four i had no sleep as the boiler erupted every 90 minutes making a noise so loud it was like a train going through the apartment. The owner sent me a video of how to release air from the boiler...difficult to reach. I had to do it 4 times for it to have any effect. As i was sent a video i can only assume there had been this problem before. I was also concernedthat there was no door on the kitchen making this a fire hazard .

Beautiful Apartment in a great neighborhood!

The large apartment was just as described. My wife, two teenage daughters and I were very comfortable. The chilled bottle of champagne on arrival was a very nice welcome. We walked to shops and cafes nearby. We loved having a grocery store across the street.

Perfect Location in Paris

We loved our stay here because it was so close to many things we wanted to do in Paris! We could easily walk to the Louve, the market. so many cafes, LV, our river cruise, and more! It's an easy Uber ride to Eiffel Tower and other places. If you are looking for a good location, this is it! There was plenty of space for us and it was clean. The only complaint we have are the squeaky floors. We loved the convenience though!

8 night Paris vacation

This flat is excellent. 3 of us spent 8 nights. There are 2 large bedrooms and a very spacious living/dining area. The kitchen is very well designed and equipped. The separate bathroom-toilet rooms make is very efficient for a group to get ready for the day. It was very quiet throughout our stay. Many major sites are within a 20-minute walk, and bus and metro stops are right outside the door. There are several bistros/cafes within one block of the property. Flight cancellations caused us to arrive almost 8 hours late, but our host was there to meet us and make us feel very welcome. Any issues we had were dealt with very efficiently. We will certainly plan to stay here on our next visit to Paris.

Spacious apartment in our favorite neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, where 3 of us spent ten nights in May. The location is great, with the metro (St-Sulpice), shops, grocery stores, and cafés all just steps away. St-Germain-des-Prés and St-Sulpice itself are also within a few blocks. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the kitchen and bathrooms (the toilet is in its own space) are modern (though the shower stall could use a shelf!). Most importantly (to us), the apartment truly does have two real bedrooms (not lofts, not alcoves), each of which has a door. The apartment is quiet, though not brightly lit - it has windows on two different courtyards, with no frontage on a street. However, the parquet is as squeaky as noted in prior reviews -- impossible to move around without making noise (except in the kitchen and bathrooms, which are tiled). The beds are both quite firm, which personally we found uncomfortable. We also had issues with the water heater, which provides both heat and hot water. It required a reset at the start and end of our stay in order to function. All in all, next time we need an apartment with two bedrooms, we would certainly consider this one again.

Great location, spacious apartment

Overall, this was a very positive experience. It’s a fantastic and very central location, although the apartment itself is situated on a large avenue. You walk-through a courtyard and the apartment itself is completely quiet and you would never know that its entrance is on a busy street. The apartment itself is a very comfortable size, and the architecture is typically Parisian and lovely. Bathrooms were updated and the shower had good pressure. The bedrooms were very large by Paris standards and the mattresses were comfortable. I stayed here with my father, who is in his late 70s, and it was a very comfortable stay for him, as well. The owner has gone to a lot of trouble to make sure that it has everything that you might need, with the exception of washing machine detergent, which we didn’t wind up using it anyway. On the downside, there is less natural light than the pictures show and it is a bit dark during the daytime. We hardly stayed inside during the day, so it was not a problem for us. The only other negative is that they were not able to house our suitcases earlier than our check-in the way hotels or other rentals are usually able to. It was really inconvenient to arrive early in the morning and have to find a place to store our luggage while we waited for check-in in the afternoon. The decor could use some updating and the sofa bed in the living room was damaged and a bit shabby, although you could still sit in it. Overall, a very positive experience.
