Comfortable duplex apartment for up to 6 people.
The apartment has been redone in late 2011 in a contemporary marine spirit with a neat decoration.
From breakfast you can enjoy the balcony with panoramic sea views. You can also admire the sea from the living room and from the bedroom and terrace.
You can enjoy the beautiful sandy beach of Trestel which is offered to you only 50 m from the apartment.

Description of the apartment:
35 m² duplex apartment on the ground floor.
The apartment is part of a residence on 2 levels with only duplexes (no apartment above or below).
The apartment is composed on the first level of:
    - an entrance (with cupboard)
    - a living room
         * fully equipped American kitchen
         * Dining Area
         * living room with sofa bed (2 places) and LED TV with DVD player
    - a balcony


The living room and the balcony have a direct and impregnable view on the sea and the beach of Trestel.

The second level (lower part of the apartment) includes:
    - a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds
    - a shower room with shower, sink and toilet
    - a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200)
    - a terrace (sea view) with garden furniture


The apartment has a private parking place in front of the apartment entrance.

The residence also has a common room (locked) to deposit your bikes, sailing equipment, etc ...

The residence has a large garden with barbecue and ball lane.

Stunning location
This small apartment is in a stunning location with an unmatched view of the beach. We are just a very short stroll down the hill to the beach on this protected bay. My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in late September, past the real tourist season but we had wonderful walking weather, cool but mostly sunny. The apartment is very small. For two it worked well and there was a bunk bed beside the double but it would be a bit snug for more than 2 people. But for using the beach, you couldn't be better located. We wanted to visit the area, the little villages and walk the Sentier des Douaniers and the apartment location worked very well as a base for seeing the area. Because it was past the season only two restaurants were open so our choices were limited in the evening but we did enjoy them both and went to others in the region for lunch. The apartment was very clean but the host only provided sheets for the bed. There were practically no supplies, one roll of toilet paper and nothing else besides soap. We asked the owner for towels as we are from the States and didn't bring anything like that with us and he did provide them. I do know that in the beach area that is often the case but I looked on the site when booking for towels and they were supposed to be provided. So do be aware of that. We have lived in France and done rentals often and mostly found much more in the way of basic supplies but the apartment itself was clean with necessary appliances, a tremendous location and view and was easy to find and book. The host was accommodating and flexible and we appreciated that! For scenery, it can't be beaten! Watching the huge tides, the sunsets and rises and the gorgeous beach was a delight.

Bon séjour sur la côte de granit rose !
Duplex bien situé avec vue superbe (proche de la plage, du port et de 2 restaurants). Il est très bien équipé ! En période hivernale merci d'allumer le chauffage suffisamment à l'avance, car nous n'avons pas eu chaud la 1ère nuit. Heureusement, il y a plein de couvertures (pas toutes très "clean"). Enfin merci pour les conseils de la propriétaire lors de la remise des clés : très utiles pour notre découverte de la région.

Appartement très agréable, fonctionnel, propre, bien décoré, salle de bain rénovée et radiateurs récents. Literie de bonne qualité. Place de parking en face de l’appartement.On s’y sent comme chez nous. Superbe vue sur la mer : un vrai bonheur !!! Bien situé pour découvrir la région. Propriétaire disponible et réactif. Nous reviendrons !! Je vous le conseille fortement.

Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes :2 adultes et 2 enfants en bas ages. Nous avons passés un agréables séjour !! L'appartement est très bien agencée avec une décoration contemporaine , très pratique avec une superbe vue sur la mer des 2 terrasses. Nous avons pu découvrir la cote rose pendant un pont de mai !! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et n’hésite pas à nous donner des conseils pour découvrir le coin. Merci pour votre amabilité :)

Idéal pour découvrir la côte de granit rose
Appartement à la décoration soignée, tout confort, à 2 pas d'une magnifique plage. Point de départ idéal pour partir à la découverte de cette région (Ile de Bréhat, les sentiers douaniers de la côte de granit rose, Perros-Guirec, Lannion...). Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement ! Fonctionnel, tout confort, très propre, la déco est moderne, on se croirait sur un voilier :) avec en plus, la vue sur la mer... à 2 pas d'une magnifique plage de sable blanc... Très belle région à découvrir ! et nous avons eu un très beau soleil toute la semaine !! l'air marin, ça fait du bien... Oui nous recommandons cet appartement, et avons appréciés l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Merci encore !
