bright newly renovated apartment, located on the second floor of a complex built in terraced bungalows, with two bedrooms one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds, in the living room sofa bed of 1. 40m x 2 m. Very close to Fañabe beach about 250 meters and Puerto Colon about 350 m, from where you can make excursions to see the whales or fishing. Bus stops at the entrance and taxis at the end of the urbanization. Shopping center with supermarket about 250 meters. Many shops and restaurants nearby. From the airport south Reina Sofia 16 km.

Nice apartment in a good location but needs some updating
Liked apartment and communications with owner and arrival arrangements were very good. Apartment however was ‘tired’ needing some redo citation in parts, some quality bedding would make a huge difference and some redecoration and a nice patio set would lift the veranda. We really did enjoy our stay but some attention to detail needed to spot chipped crockery, problem bedside table, and some other smaller issues

Fantastische locatie en mooi zwembad
Fijn appartement voor 3 of 4 personen. Het was onverwachts erg warm (30 graden in oktober). Er is een oude airco geplaatst. Die die warmte niet goed aan kan. Maar voor enkele dagen was het prima te doen. Enige minpunt was dat er her en der minuscuul kleine beestjes in de badkamer en de keuken lopen. Die komen van buiten en kun je verwijderen maar komen steeds terug. Alles goed afgesloten houden dan gaat alles goed

Fabulous apartment
We had a lovely time in Celia's apartment. It was spotlessly clean with wine, beer, orange juice and water in the fridge. There were plenty of towels and everything we could have needed for our stay. Mare Verde is in a great location, only 5 mins walk from the beach, restaurants and bars in between Fanabe and Del Duque. We had great days out to Mount Teide, visited the market, had lovely long walks to La Caleta and Playa de las Americas. Everything was perfect and we had a great holiday. Thank you Celia!

Stayed over New Years. The apartment is prefect, two really good size bedrooms and really nicely furnished. Everything you need in the equipped kitchen and plenty of towels/beach towels for for 4 of us (plus my 2 year old) We will be staying again. Thank you very much!!

Perfect location, walking distance to all attractions. Nice, clean and comfortable apartment.
The apartment was lovely and clean. It was very well equipped with plenty of towels,beach towels and spare bedding. The pool area and the surrounding areas were very well kept

Mareverde Apartment Costa Adeje
The perfect location for a family. Family of 4 with 2 girls aged 14 & 9. The Apartments are enclosed and you need a key to get into the area. They are kept well and our Apartment was clean with everything we needed within the apartment. Celia the owner had left us a few items in the fridge to help with the start of our stay. The area is quiet at night time which was perfect for us. It was a few hundred metres down to the beach where there are every amenity under the sun. Great place, Great location. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Lovely spacious apartment and the complex is very quiet.
All the arrangements for access to the apartment were clear and well managed. Celia put us in touch with someone who picked us up at the airport and allowed us early access to the apartment as we had an early flight which meant our holiday started very quickly after arriving in Tenerife. We have stayed around this area many times in the last 20 years and would definitely go back to this apartment. Very quiet both during the day and at night on the complex so not for those looking to be entertained, ideal for anyone wanting a quiet relaxing break. Everything you need is in the apartment including extra towels which was much appreciated. Also the items in the fridge which enabled us to have a drink on arrival. There was some work being done around the pool area which is to be expected at this time of year but it was only ever for a few hours a day. The balcony is a little small so for 3 of us was ok, but for more could be less suitable depending on how much you generally make use of a balcony on holiday.

Fantastic apartment in great location
We were delighted with this apartment in the Mare Verde which is a very secure and well maintained area. The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. (Large fridge freezer and full oven in the kitchen with plenty of cutlery crockery and utensils) There was a washing machine in the bathroom which was a welcome addition. The beds were all really comfortable and there were plenty of towels for showers and for the pool/beach. Celia is a wonderful host who communicated well with us prior to our artival and met us as soon as we arrived. We would definitely recommend this owner!
