The holiday home is very quiet in a beautiful wooded area.
You have no nuisance from neighbors and there are hardly any cars, so you can fully enjoy the beneficial rest.

The garden has a sauna and hottub. Hot Tub not available because of freezing temperatures 1/12-1/03
A changing room with toilet is also available here.
If you wish to make use of this than you have to pay 40€ per person per stay by arrival.
December to February you can make free use of the sauna (excl. wood) for stays of one week or more.

Oase zum entspannen

Wir haben das Ferienhaus von Pascale und Steve für unsere Hochzeitsreise gebucht. Die Besitzer waren allzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit es gibt absolut nur positives zu berichten. Die ruhige Lage war perfekt um nach dem Hochzeitsstress zu entspannen. Die Sauna und der Hot Tube waren an Tagen mit schlechtem Wetter eine gute Alternative. Die Einrichtung des Hauses war in tadellosem Zustand. Empfehlung von uns nehmt einen Liegestuhl mit den haben wir ein bisschen vermisst. Auch mit den Fahrrädern hat alles gepasst. Die 2 negativen Bewertungen können wir absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Wir haben uns 3 Stunden Zeit genommen alles zu reinigen und es gab absolut keine Probleme am Abreisetag. Dass man das Haus am Abreisetag sauber hinterlässt sollte selbstverständlich sein. Auch, dass die Endreinigung bezahlt werden muss, wenn man vor 9 Uhr auschecken möchte, steht überall und ist klar kommuniziert worden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wünschen Pascale und Steve alles Gute. Grüße Isabell und Bastian

Schöne Lage Vermieter wirken unfreundlich

Das Haus sehr kalt man muss viel Holz verbrauchen und friert trotzdem im Schlafzimmer. Die Kinderbetten sind ungeeignet, die Treppe ist sehr steil. Strom wurde vorab schon zu hoch eingetragen, weil der Vermieter ein Tag vorher alles hochgefahren hat. Bei der Kommunikation mit den Vermieter kam immer das Gefühl auf sie seien ehr unfreundlich. Im persönlichen Gespräch ging es dann aber. Alles in allem war es aber schön. Kann man buchen.

Ruhe und Behaglichkeit

Wir waren für drei Wochen im Haus untergebracht. Es war für uns ein absolut erholsamer Urlaub. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar für alle die Ruhe suchen. Trotzdem sind Freizeitaktivitäten, Seen, Supermarkt, usw. gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist vollkommen ausreichend. Eine Waschmaschine wäre noch nett zu haben. Waschen konnten wir dann freundlicherweise beim Vermieter. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Perfect to rest and relax

I spent my parental leave in this beautiful holiday home together with my wife and our child. We were there for 9 nights/10 days. The quiet atmosphere, the absolutely cute cottage and the wellness area (hot tub and sauna) were absolutely perfect for relaxing. The house is equipped with all the necessities (cooker, oven, shower, TV, hairdryer, coffee maker, etc.). Only an inventory list would be handy to plan the holiday more efficiently. Despite the remoteness of the house, there are good shopping facilities (10 minutes by car) and also small cafés or restaurants are available there. Smaller trips with the e-bike to a nearby elk park or just to enjoy the beautiful landscape are also possible. The hosts, Pascale and Steve, are also very friendly, helpful and available at all times in case anything should arise. We can absolutely recommend the holiday home and look forward to another trip to Sweden. PS: I absolutely cannot comprehend the issue that one or two previous speakers have mentioned with regard to rubbish. Of course, sorting waste in Sweden is a completely different matter than here in Germany, for example. But there are different regulations here, which are defined very precisely on the basis of a waste plan and Steve, for example, likes to go through them again with everyone. I also have to vehemently deny the accusation of fraud or other things that have found their way into the reviews here, and I can absolutely not confirm it.

Sonniges und ruhig gelegenes Domizil

Ein sehr sauberes und traumhaft gelegenes Ferienhaus. Auf der sonnenverwöhnten Veranda konnten wir, bereits im Mai, unser Frühstück genießen. Mit etwas Glück kann man in der näheren Umgebung auch den ein oder anderen Elch entdecken, ansonsten kann man wunderbar die Seele baumeln lassen oder einen Ausflug unternehmen. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

ACHTUNG! Keine Empfehlung, Heimtücke und Dreistigkeit des Gastgebers

Wir mieteten das Ferienhaus für 8 Tage an, was anfangs bzgl. Preis/Leistung unsere Erwartungen erfüllte. Unser Aufenthalt wurde jedoch durch diverse Ereignisse, insbesondere am Abreisetag stark getrübt. Nach wenigen Tagen war keine Wasserversorgung im Haus gewährleistet, sodass unser Vermieter gg 7 Uhr mit der Bitte um schnelle Hilfe kontaktiert wurde. Der Mangel wurde erst abends, gg 18 Uhr behoben, sodass wir in diesem Zeitraum weder Küche noch Toilette etc. nutzen konnten. Die Reinigungspauschale i.H.v. 95€ war (gem. Hausordnung) zu begleichen, sofern das Haus am Abreisetag vor 9 Uhr verlassen wird (unabhängig vom Reinigungszustand). 2 Tage vor Abreise kontaktierten wir unseren Vermieter mit dem Vorschlag das Haus selbstständig zu reinigen, sodass wir bereits am Abreisetag vor 9 Uhr (aufgrund 14h Rückfahrt) abreisen und somit die Reinigungspauschale von 95€ nicht! zahlen müssen. Unser Vermieter stimmte unserem Vorhaben ausdrücklich zu! Wir reinigten das gesamte Haus mit bestem Wissen und Gewissen sehr gründlich (gem. Reinigungscheckliste). Am Abreisetag gg 7 Uhr kam das böse Erwachen. Der Vermieter bemängelte 3 schwarze kleine Fussel im Bad, einen kleinen Fleck am Spiegel sowie kleine Fingerabdrücke an einer Edelstahlarmatur. Wir boten unserem Vermieter aufgrund der geringfügigen Mängel an diese sofort zu beheben, was von ihm vehement abgelehnt wurde! Er forderte dennoch die Zahlung der gesamten Reinigungspauschale! Wir fühlten uns gegen den Kopf gestoßen, da wir 2 Tage zuvor sein Einverständnis bzgl. des Reinigen am Vorabend und Verlassen des Hauses vor 9 Uhr bekamen. Auf unsere Bitte hin die Reinigungspauschale wenigstens zu rabattieren drohte er uns die Polizei zu rufen, sodass sich laut seinen Angaben unsere Heimfahrt dann um mehrere Stunden verzögern würde! Verärgert und enttäuscht über dieses skrupellose und unangemessene Verhalten/Drohung, bezahlten wir die Reinigungspauschale in voller Höhe, da ein lösungsorientierter Dialog mit dem Gastgeber nicht möglich war. Kurz nach der Abreise stellte der Gastgeber zudem völlig unerwartet und willkürlich eine weitere Zahlungsaufforderung von 30€ aufgrund des angeblich nicht korrekt einsortierten Mülleimers(trotz Begehung ohne Beanstandung) in Rechnung(Beweisbilder liegen vor) Letztlich wurde unser anfänglich schöner Urlaub in Schweden durch das Verhalten des Gastgebers überschattet. Diese Ferienunterkunft mit seinem Vermieter ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Heimtücke und Dreistigkeit!

Ferienhaus mit Charme

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus. Die tolle Faßsauna mit Holzofen wurde gerne genutzt. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz so mitgespielt hat, war es eine gelungene Auszeit für uns als Familie.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage mitten im Wald im südlichen Småland. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch die Fahrräder haben wir rege genutzt. Kleine Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser und dem Wasservorrat hat der Vermieter zügig behoben.

The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Particularly appealing: the sauna and the whirlpool. Barbecue facilities and bicycles are also available. The house is located remotely and offers a lot of privacy. The contact with the owner was always friendly and helpful. I can recommend the house if you are looking for a nice retreat.

UNSATISFIED!!

I can not recommend this place. After check of the house by the owner while we were there and end stay we received a extra bill to pay when we got home, which for me looks like a way for the owner to make more money. The reason was that the oven wasn't cleaned even though we paid for the cleaning of the house and that we have used briquettes. We were not told that we were not allowed to use briquettes even though it took the owner an hour to show us the house and how to use the oven. Then additional complain by the owner was that we have turned off the heating pump, the ventilation in bathroom and we have lowered the floor temperature in the bathroom. And that now have caused moisture damage. That is incomprehensible to me. First of all, when we got to the house all the mentioned was already turned off and it looked like it had been for a while because it was really cold there and we saw him turning it all on when we got to the house. The same with the temperature in the bathroom. It was raised by the owner when we got there and we only turned it down the day before we left. We did that because we thought that were no reason for it to heat when we were done using it. Which means the mentioned moisture damage could not have been caused by us. I think the owner of the house has some nerved to give us an additional bill after we have left and that way we have no way to correct him and defend us self. He should have raised all these issues when he went around checking the house while we were there. I can not recommend anyone to book this house from that owner.

Super Lage, einfaches gemütliches Haus

Das Haus ist schön, sehr einfach ausgestattet. Negatives: Wir hatten ein bisschen Probleme das Haus warm zu bekommen, warm duschen war nur kurz möglich, "Extra" Leistungen wie Fahrräder, Sauna, WLAN kosten extra. Positiv: super schöner Wintergarten, der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar, nett und sehr hilfsbereit, es gibt sehr viele tolle "Sehenswürdigkeiten" in der Natur (gerade in der Corona Zeit ein Plus) und wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage ...

Alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet und gut umgesetzt. Kleiner wehmutstropfen ist die Dusche mit lauwarmem Wasser ... Ansonsten top Sauna mit Aussenumkleide und Toilette, kleine Feuerstelle, alles sehr schön und gepflegt! Für Menschen die gerne etwas abseits Entspannung suchen sicherlich eine Empfehlung.

Urlaub Dezember 2019

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Alles erforderliche wurde zur Verfügung gestellt, sei es in der Küche, Badezimmer etc. Die Holztüren und der Kachelofen wirken fast urig und laden zum Wohlfühlen und Träumen ein. Die Atmosphere insgesamt war sehr gut, Desweiteren besitzt das Grundstück einen kleinen Pool, sowie eine schnuckelige Sauna. Der Pool kann jedoch nur in der wärmeren Jahrezeit genutzt werden. Die Gestalltung der Aussenanlage ist sehr detailiert und liebevoll ausgerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Da das Haus schwer zu finden war, da es so versteckt liegt, ist der Vermieter vorgefahren und hat uns sozusagen geführt. Das Grundstück und das Haus hat der Vermieter ausführlich vorgestellt und uns zusätzlich nützliche Urlaubstips mitgegeben. Für Fragen stand der Vermieter jederzeit zur Verfügung. Im ganzen war es eine wunderbare Entscheidung für dieses Haus und eine Tolle Erfahrung!

In the middle of nowhere

Heerlijk huis voor iedereen die van stilte houd. Maar op de website wordt gesproken over de kosten van de WIFI, 15 Euro per week (5GB). Voor 4 pensionado's was 5GB absoluut onvoldoende, laat staan voor een gezin met gamende kinderen. Wij moesten dan ook extra betalen voor de WIFI en waren daar niet blij mee. In deze tijd is WIFI een absolute must en dat moet kunnen zonder beperkingen. Ook het warme water bleek onvoldoende voor 4 volwassenen, terwijl het een huisje is voor 6 personen. Verder niets dan lof over deze accommodatie.

Sehr schönes Haus im Wald mit Sauna und Hot Tub

Das Haus ist einfach super, um mal abzuschalten. Es befindet sich quasi im Wald an einer kleinen Straße, auf der nur drei oder vier Fahrzeuge täglich unterwegs sind. Das Haus selbst ist nicht sehr groß, aber durch den genialen Wintergarten völlig ausreichend. Wir selbst waren mit zwei Kleinkindern da; die Treppen zu den oberen Schlafzimmern sind sehr steil; deswegen haben wir alle im unteren Schlafzimmer geschlafen - im Kinderbett bzw. einer Matratze auf dem Boden. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die holzbefeuerte Sauna und den holzbefeuerten Hot Tub ... zusammen mit der Lagerfeuerstelle ein kleines Stück Abenteuer! Insgesamt ist das Haus und der Außenbereich mit viel Geschick und Liebe zum Detail gebaut! Tolle Arbeit Steve! Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 bis 15 min in Tingsryd, wo man einkaufen kann (nur 1 Supermarkt, der aber alles hat); auch einen See zum Baden gibt es dort. Generell ist das Haus gut gelegen; in max 1h Fahrt erreicht man Karlskrona, Växjö, Kalmar, usw. Fußläufig erreicht man in ca 45min Stenfors Bruk, eine ehemalig Eisenhütte, die wir nur empfehlen können!!! Vielen Dank Steve und Pascale für Eure Gastfreundschaft und die Hilfe bei allen Fragen!
