Lovely place in a great location

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for what we needed. The beds were very comfortable and it is in a perfect central location. I would totally recommend it. Great value for the price.

Excellent Location and Great Host!!

This place was so nice and in a great location. Was in a little courtyard area. There was a wonderful restaurant right next door where we got breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Perfect Location

Perfect location for walking everywhere in Venice. 70 meters to St Mark’s Square but tucked away in a quiet courtyard with no noise. Andrew met us at the nearest Vaparetto stop and took us to the apartment to explain everything and made suggestions for restaurants. A great 5 night stay.

Amazing propeety

This place is amazing! Beautiful views everywhere you look and spacious attic. The town is nearby and the hosts were very friendly. We loved this place and would stay again :)

Awesome location and air conditioning

A very short walk from St. Marco’s Square, in the center of the action, with glorious air conditioning, and a TV, basic washer and drying rack. Fun decorations. The only “problem” was that the kids wanted to hang out in the apartment the whole time! Would stay here again, no question!

Excellent stay!

The location of the apartment simply cannot be beat. It is tucked away in a quiet courtyard that is literally steps away from Piazza San Marco and easy access to everywhere. Beds were comfortable and it was a peaceful retreat from the crowds. There is an exceptional bar/restaurant next door with a wonderful staff and excellent (and very affordable!) coffee, pastries, sandwiches, drinks, etc. Andrew was awesome to meet and guide us to the location when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful refuge near St. Mark’s

Very nice apartment and location. Only negative was the second bedroom, which lacked natural light and paled in comparison to the main bedroom.

Great place and location!

The apartment is exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the location in San Marco, and it’s nice that it’s in a quiet section of that area. Andrew is great! Met us at the Vaporetto stop when we arrived in Venice and gave us recommendations of places to eat and how to enjoy the city. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Venice!

Perfect stay in Venice

This apartment was perfect for us. Our host, Andrew was wonderful. He met us at the vaparetto, showed us the neighborhood and made helpful suggestions for our stay. The location was perfect, near San Marco and the main canal. However, once you entered the courtyard outside the apartment it as quiet. The apartment was clean and well furnished. We could not have made a better choice.

This rental is in a perfect location. San Marco Square was a two minute walk. We were met by Andrew at our water taxi drop off. We were an over sixty group of four ladies who had no complaints of anything. Five star all the way.

Great location!

Traveled to Venice for the first time. Just my mother and I celebrating her 75th birthday. The apartment was very comfortable and just as described. In the heart of so much activity, but very quiet and private. Andrew was easy to communicate with, very quick to reply. He met us at the water taxi station and walked us to the apartment. I would recommend this lovely apartment to friends.

A quelques minutes du Rialto et de la place San Marco. Situation idéale ! Dans une cour privée donc l'appartement est très calme. Confort tout à fait satisfaisant. Andrew nous attendait à l'arrivée du bateau et nous a aidé durant le séjour.

Comfortable apartment close to St. Mark's Square

The apartment worked well for our stay in Venice. It is a 2 minute walk to St. Marks Square, 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge, and close to many restaurants. Our host, Andrew, was very friendly and gave excellent directions to get to the apartment and met us at the water bus station to escort us to the apartment. The apartment was as advertised and comfortable for our family. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

Amazing property in a perfect location

Andrew was wonderful. He gave us perfect directions to get into Venice and met us at the vaporetto stop to show us this great place. Newly renovated, air conditioned and beautifully kept. The pictures are representative. The apartment is in a quiet private courtyard behind a gate not more than 2 city blocks from St. Marks square. Unbelievable! If this property is available, we would not even look at other possibilities the next time we come to Venice.

Wonderful Venice Apartment; Great Location

Andrea met us at the Waterbus and walked us to the apartment which was in a great area of Venice close to all of the major attractions. He was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and other local attractions as well as answering any questions we had via WhatsApp immediately. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including comfortable beds which was nice after a long day of travel. We would highly recommend this apartment!!

Absolutely love this little gem. Located in the heart of San Marco close to everything. Beautifully updated with all the latest technology. Come home to a wonderful rain shower or relax and enjoy a nice courtyard. One of the best breakfast cafés is just out your front door. Enormous amount of linens and well accompanied kitchen supplies. Highly recommend Andrew as your host in this adorable two bedroom unit. A king bed and two twins available. Four of us enjoyed our stay and the beautiful island of Venice.

Great location and wonderful place!

We had the best time discovering Venice from this amazing centrally located flat. Being so close to Basilica San Marco, literally just feet away, you would think that you would hear the noise and feel the chaos but because it is tucked away it was quiet and relaxing. We had everything we needed and Andrew was such a gracious host. Even coming to let us back in after I locked us out with a smile on his face, on his birthday no less. Thanks so much Andrew! You and your place helped make Venice magical for our whole family.

This property is an excellent location. Close to everything. Restaurants in every corner. We could get breakfast or coffee as we walked out of the apartment. Apartment was very clean. Schöne Wohnung mit Stil im Herzen der Altstadt im 1.OG eines alten Gebäudes. Es fehlt nichts, Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Im Herbst an das Hochwasser denken, sonst gibt es Probleme...
