Summary:
Find us at Santa Catarina Luxury Apt. II, a spacious and bright apartment located in the heart of the invincible city of Porto. You will be in an extremely well-located area and will have everything around you. It is the perfect place for your vacation.

The Space:
You will have at your disposal an apartment with 3 double bedrooms, 1 suite, a living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV, cable channels, WiFi, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom.

Guest Access:
Full access to the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Right on Rua de Santa Catarina, the iconic pedestrian street where you can find numerous shops and traditional markets, you are in the heart of the city!

Just 10 minutes away, you'll find Avenida dos Aliados and the famous Galerias de Paris!
If you want to explore other areas, you can easily do so, as the area is well-served by public transport such as metro and bus. Just a few minutes away, you'll find the Trindade metro station with access to several lines.

Getting Around:
* Metro Line E - Direction Estádio do Dragão - Exit at Bolhão Metro Station - 160 meters on foot to Rua Santa Catarina 555.
* We have a partnership with a transport company. We can arrange a transfer service to or from the airport. If you're interested, please provide us with your flight details to complete the booking.

Other Things to Note:
The key collection is done at our Welcome Center – located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto – where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a 40€ fee after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – the cost will be subject to inquiry.

To make Porto more attractive, a municipal tourism tax has come into effect.

If you are thinking of bringing your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us.

The €2.00 tax is not included in the price of the stay, it applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for utility expenses (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of 230€. If this limit is exceeded, the guest will be required to pay the excess.

The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits expected.

If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.
