Inside you will also find a bathroom, an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with woodburner, a sun room, and an external utility. To the outside is off road parking for two cars, a gravelled area, and a shared lawn with furniture and barbecue. Located in a lovely area with much to admire, Pottery Barn is a wonderful retreat in a relaxing part of England.

Note: The washing machine is situated in a separate building and is shared with the owners. Note: Upstairs rooms have sloping ceilings. Note: The owner does have 2 dogs of their own. Please note that during February some external painting will be carried our maintenance lady.

Branscombe Mouth has a beach, a restaurant complete with thatched roof and a wealth of rock pools just waiting to be searched.
