This cottage is situated in the village of Branscombe near Sidmouth and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Pottery Barn is a modern cottage located in the village of Branscombe in Devon. Hosting two bedrooms; a super king-size (zip/link), and a king-size with a single bed, joined by an en-suite, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a bathroom, an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with woodburner, a sun room, and an external utility. To the outside is off road parking for two cars, a gravelled area, and a shared lawn with furniture and barbecue. Located in a lovely area with much to admire, Pottery Barn is a wonderful retreat in a relaxing part of England.

Amenities: Electric heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. No telephone. No freezer. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Gravelled area and private patio with furniture. Shared grounds of approximately 2 acres with woods. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins drive. Pub 8 mins walk. Note: The washing machine is situated in a separate building and is shared with the owners. Note: Upstairs rooms have sloping ceilings. Note: The owner does have 2 dogs of their own. Please note that during February some external painting will be carried our maintenance lady.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Branscombe is home to a number of historic buildings worth noting; the Old Bakery and Forge, both National Trust properties, are just some of which can be found nearby. Branscombe Mouth has a beach, a restaurant complete with thatched roof and a wealth of rock pools just waiting to be searched. World of Country Life is a few miles away and is an award winning family day out.

My Christmas

Very wet muddy Christmas owners lovely. 3 kids 2 dogs was going to be muddy! Was upset to be told I’d left it in a state simply not true spoilt my stay they get payed to do a job and I imagine a fair rate don’t play on it do your job and I did a lot of it! If you’re wife was struggling I know why not help her I could have got house ready on time ! But I paid enough for the holiday so crack on do a wonderful job for great bosses oh and you also put them down to me before I met them ! not on ....they lovely .
