NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY CHECK-INS. NO PETS. The name of this home says it all. With six bedrooms and four bathrooms this home will comfortably sleep up to 18 people. The beautiful fully furnished kitchen will make cooking meals for your guests a breeze. There is a deck off of the upstairs master as well that allows you to wake up and walk right out to sight of the ocean. There is also a walkover that leads you right to sand. The open concept in this home makes spending time with your family comfortable and memorable. Do not miss out on this beautiful home! Renter must furnish their own paper supplies (including toilet paper) trash bags, cleaning supplies and laundry/dish detergents.

Great place to relax

Had a wonderful time! House is as described, sleeps a large family very well. Spring break weather was cold and gloomy, but we still made the best of it and enjoyed out stay. Great place to stay

Great house

The property was perfect size for our Family of 15. The only problem was it was removed from VRBO site and I couldn’t see if linens provided, kind of coffee pot . It turned out fine, but I’m the organizer. House was clean and in a great spot on the beach . Had wonderful time .

Had I known that the house had everything you could think of I could’ve saved my husband from hauling. Games, babies pack & play, Several crock pots, double oven, & plenty of room with open concept. Loved the fact of the 4 king bedrooms & 2 bunk rooms. The only thing I would suggest is bring plenty of water, brushing teeth, making coffee, etc.. Very pleased with the sheets & didn’t mind making our beds. It would be nice to have a gate on the deck to keep the toddlers safe. I brought my baby gate from home & tie wrapped it at the opening. One mishap & our fault was leaving our EZ Up Canopies on beach. First night they were ok the next day, the second night someone stole all 3 canopies. Crummy thieves! Overall we Loved the home & plan on coming back.

Good location, but home needs TLC

Pros: We loved the overall layout of the home. It was perfect for our large family. It was nice to have 4 bathrooms and a space for everyone. The kitchen was adequately stocked and had everything we needed. The large table was perfect for eating dinner together. Ceiling fans in all the rooms were great. Deck/porch was great, seating area was nice. Having the concrete pad on the bottom was also nice. Cons: the water smelled awful, smelled like iron and sewage. The home needs some past due maintenance. One of the upstairs showers didn’t work. Many tiles in the main living area are loose and sticking up. My father cut his toe on one. The window seal in the living room is rotten. Bath tubs are on the verge of rusting out. The walkover to the beach needs some repairs, the last step on the beach side is really high and needs an additional step to safely reach the ground. The outdoor shower was nice for rinsing the sand off, but the cold water pipe kept coming loose. The house has what you need, but nothing more. A few throw blankets would’ve been nice. We would rent this house again if the maintenance issues are taken care of.

BRRI is truly the best company to work with! Letha and her team are very responsive and want to ensure you have a great time. We loved this house because it is closer to the beach and in front of the other homes on either side of you, making it feel very private on the large deck. Kitchen has everything you need and good AC. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There is wear and tear in the house, but this is also a beach rental. Beds are comfortable, A/C works well. The main con for this house is the gap from the concrete to the wooden walkway. If they would just add some stepping stones that are flat and won't roll over when you step on them would be great. Needed due to all the stickers in the grass. Steps they did have are too far apart for children and most adults to maneuver easily.

Great Family Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very spacious 6 bedroom house that easily met the needs of our 4 families (13 adults and 2 kids). The kitchen is nice and has everything you need, and has a large refrigerator which was nice. The surround sound was a nice unexpected feature that we enjoyed watching movies in the evenings. Of course the best thing is the beach, and this house is one of the closest to the beach with easy direct access from the house. This part of the beach is not very busy during the week. There is drive on access in this part of the beach, so be sure to get out early on the weekends to claim your spot, it was very busy on Saturday, but no problems. We enjoyed our stay and would defintatly come back to this house.

Bluewater has been fantastic all through the years even before they were called Bluewater. The houses always suit us to a Tee and any issues are quickly resolved.

Great beach access

Loved the location to the beach, number and layout of the bedrooms and spacious living room. Negatives: check in process wasn't super clear....check in time is at 4 but the office closes at 5 to pick up the key...so a very small check in window, didn't love having to make the beds upon arrival...and just an fyi...there are no shared condiments or seasonings...bring everything you might need for cooking

Many in our group could barely navigate stairs and we had 3 bedrooms on the bottom floor, great!!!!! There were a few problems with the fire alarms going off without any causes but maintenance said they would find the problem as soon as the property was vacant so they could do a thorough check. We enjoyed our stay and the security on the clean beach was wonderful. We will rent this property again and would recommend it to others in a heartbeat!!!!!

Awesome weekend

The house was bigger than the picture. We were very comfortable! We stayed Memorial Day weekend and the beach was super crowded but we left our canopy out overnight so we would save our spot on the beach. The house had everything in the kitchen that we needed. The only thing I would say is, I would’ve liked the beds to be made when we arrived.

This house is amazing and our 5th time renting. Plenty of room throughout the entire house and a huge deck to hang out on and watch all that is going on at the beach. The private beach access makes it even more convenient. Look no further foe a house then right here!
