Scenic condo

Our spacious lodge motif 3 level condo is situated in the formerly known, Little Traverse Bay Golf Club/Hideaway Valley Resort. The golf course closed in 2020 and is now known as OFFIELD FAMILY VIEWLANDS WORKING FOREST RESERVE. The RESERVE features its extraordinary views, along with trails on the site for running, biking, snowshoeing and other recreational activities. The Little Traverse Conservancy protects the natural diversity and beauty of this area. Our condo offers something for all seasons and is ideally located in a serene setting overlooking the Reserve in between Petoskey and Harbor Springs and only 5 minutes to beaches and ski resorts, along with a short drive from many UP NORTH communities. The condo offers an outdoor pool , pickle ball courts, basketball court and a tennis court. It is about a 2 minute drive to the pool and courts or a lengthy hilly walk to the pool. .There is also free storage of boats or snowmobiles during your stay at the condo. The condo offers 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people. The upper floor has a master bedroom with a queen bed and its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, there is a full bathroom on the upper floor for the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms.
The main floor has a very cozy great room w/fireplace, and flat screen SMART TV so tenants can login with their streaming accounts , such as Netflix, Disney, Amazon etc, The tv has very limited local channels. An ottoman that pulls out into a single bed, a dining room that seats 10 people, and a snack bar . There is a door wall to the deck which has a patio table and a gas grill. The kitchen is fully outfitted, and there is access to the garage and a 1/2 bathroom. The lower level has a laundry room w/washer/dryer. An open area with a sliding door wall to patio. The room also has a 50" flat screen TV . The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa, full bed, along with a queen air mattress.
The condo has a 50 inch Smart tv and wireless internet included along with smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detectors.

Private setting convenient to neighboring towns

This was the perfect place for our group. We had an event in Petoskey and needed space for multiple adults and a few kids from different families. There was enough space that everyone could have their own area and not feel crowded. The condo was well stocked with towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and other items that some rentals seem to ignore. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a golf group

This is an excellent place to stay on a golf trip to the Harbor Springs area. The five of us felt so comfortable, the living area was great and there were so many bathrooms!!! We would definitely recommend this clean and friendly condo and it's owner, Tracy.

What a lovely time we had at Tracy’s home! Everything was just as pictured, the home was so warm and inviting, and my kids loved having close access to a pool and playground! Communication with Tracy was wonderful, so kind and professional. It was an incredible stay with lots of memory making for our family!

Our stay was fine.

Only downside was the request to remove shoes at the door, and the notes in the bathrooms about towels in the corners to prevent water leaking to the lower floor. Didn’t really understand that as we saw no leaks. Also, no towels were provided for that possible problem. The condo and deck were lovely and well kept.

Petoskey fun

My husband and I really enjoyed the location of this large townhouse. It was close to the state park and we drove to Mackinac City to take the ferry to Mackinac Island for the day.

Great weekend stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a mix of adults and teenagers. Plenty of room with 3 levels. The kids hung out in the basement. It was relatively close to town. Kind of even between Petosky and Harbor Springs, but slightly off the beaten path in a private location.

Best place to stay

This condo was a perfect northern Michigan retreat. It is literally out in the woods yet only 10 minutes from Lake Michigan and 15 minutes from downtown Harbor Springs. The location was peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. The host was easy to reach and quickly replied to any questions I had. I highly recommend staying at this condo. You will not be disappointed.

Family vacation getaway for 10

Overall, very nice condo with everything you could need. Our host, Tracy, was quick to reply on any questions. Pool was too far to walk to and had to drive down and some people not too happy when our larger family came down, but we are a group. Some concerns about steep step up entrance at front door but unfortunately our host has no say in this. Our son fell with his 4 month old son coming in, thankfully in carseat and just bumps for him. We were pleased with the condo and would recommend.

Always a great time!

We've stayed at Tracy's place several times, and we always wish to return! Her home is clean, warm, and in a perfect location. She is friendly and responsive and we cannot wait to book another trip to one of our favorite Michigan destinations.

3 levels really helped give some separation when needed. Made great use of the deck. Really nice pickle ball courts and basketball court. Petosky State Park is 7 minutes away. Harbor Springs 5 minutes. Big tvs and great air conditioner. Thanks for making your home available to us.

A nice quiet weekend stay

This is a very nice condo. Very quiet, clean and well furnished and has nearly everything you might need in the kitchen. Location is back a ways in a small development built on a former golf course, about 5-10 minutes from downtown Harbor Springs and 10-15 minutes from downtown Petoskey. The host Tracy communicated regularly. We had seven guests ranging from children to retirees and it was a very comfortable weekend for everyone. Would definitely stay here again if in town for any amount of time. Thanks!

Comfortable and Convenient Location

The location is great for going to Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs, Mackinaw City or Mackinaw Island.. Surrounded by hiking trails, near bike trails and the State Park.. A serene setting. Condo has plenty of seating in living area, dining room and on deck. Kitchen well equipped for cooking and serving.. A wonderful experience and everything easy to manage.

Quiet and comfortable condo

We had a great time in Tracy’s condo as a 3 generation family on summer vacation. The condo is clean, comfortable and in a beautiful setting in a nature preserve. We enjoyed the hikes in the surrounding converted golf course with fantastic views. The kitchen was well-outfitted and functional. The beds were extra firm but had good mattresses and we all slept well. The downside for us was the need to drive everywhere including the pool and courts. There are four bikes but the hills were super steep and it didn’t seem feasible to ride to Petoskey or Harbor Springs. There are also a lot of signs warning you what not to do inside the unit, which made us feel unwelcome at first, but we got used to them everywhere. This is a great place to enjoy a peaceful vacation but be within easy driving distance of Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The Petoskey State Beach is a quick 10 minute drive and is absolutely beautiful.

Family Vacation

Beautiful condo located in between Harber Springs and Petoskey. It is very clean and has 2 family spaces. The pool and playground are further away from condo then we anticipated. We had a fun filled week.

Family Vacation

The condo worked well for the amount of people we had - 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Having 3-1/2 bathrooms was great. The location is great for checking out surrounding areas; Harbor Springs, Lake Charlevoix, Torch Lake, Mackinaw City / Island, etc. Condo is stocked very well with pretty much anything you could need. Our main reason for staying at a condo was for the onsite pool, however that was not open due to maintenance that apparently is taking way longer than necessary, according to the neighbors. Not the owners fault but a real bummer for us. I agree with other reviews stating the upstairs bedrooms need fans. It stays hot and stuffy up there, despite the air conditioning on or opening windows on cooler nights. We had a fun exploring a new area with family and friends.

Great Up North Location

This property was a great central location to many places Up North! We were able to visit Traverse City, Mackinac Island, Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Harbor Springs. the on-site pickleball and basketball courts were a hit with our family. The living area was great to accomodate 8 adults. 4 bedrooms, including 2 masters, was great and 4 bathrooms in all! Kitcehan was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans! great getaway!

We have been visiting this area of northern Michigan since we were children, skiing Boyne and Nubs Nob! After getting married, we spent time in this area during all 4 seasons and enjoy everyone of them each having its own unique experience.
There is so much to see and do. The area is so peaceful and relaxing we felt compelled to buy our own place.Now we can spend time with our friends and family in what we believe is the most beautiful parts of northern Michigan.
We want others to experience this area and maybe start their own family tradition with good friends and family!
