Duplex penthouse with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, dining room and american kitchen with terrace on the ground floor. Upstairs, suite room with bathroom and sun terrace. Bright, quiet and with great views of the community pool and garden area. It has all kitchen utensils, has all appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, minipimer, coffee maker and coffee maker Nespreso, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner. It has air conditioning on the ground floor. The upper floor does not have air conditioning but it is not necessary since the floor is very well ventilated. It is in a community with swimming pool and large garden area, facing south. It has a large parking space in front of the entrance door to the building. The community is very quiet and very familiar, with Spanish neighbors and other European foreigners with their families. The building has an elevator. From the garden there is a path that accesses the beach and the promenade. From here you can visit many nearby towns, with charm such as: Cadaqués, Figueres (Dalí Museum), mountain (medieval towns such as Besalú), St. Martin d'Empuries, L'Escala, etc. And visit a large number of beautiful coves with crystal clear waters. It is also a perfect area to visit small and authentic family and charming wineries that produce excellent wines recognized worldwide.
