The apartment is located in the second floor (ground + 2 floors) of a walk up building (like most buildings in central Madrid, there is NO ELEVATOR). The apartment, furniture and appliances are brand new.

The apartment consists of:
* Bedroom with double bed (Queen size) and closet.* Fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need to cook and eat in the apartment. In the kitchen you will also find a wine fridge, with wine inside (yes, each bottle of wine comes with its price, so you can leave it on the kitchen counter before check out or, better yet, replace it with a wine you like of similar quality).* Living room with dining table for 4 people, sofa and a collection of books and comics in several languages. There is also a desk in case you need a work area and speakers to connect your music. There is no TV, but with so much to do in Madrid we hope you won't miss it.* TRX training equipment* Washing machine.* Bathroom with shower and separate toilet* Internet WIFI* Air conditioning*Crib available on request, 15€.
Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as gel, shampoo and basic kitchen ingredients. One set of hand towel and shower towel will be provided per person per stay up to 7 nights. If more are needed, a charge of €10 per set will be made.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, in case of smoking a penalty of €100 will be charged.
