Exceptional modern chalet in la Rosière with Nordic Hot Tub
Our Chalet close to the beautiful ski area of La Rosière is the insurance for you and your family to spend a wonderful holiday in the mountains in Haute-Tarentaise.
This superb Chalet of 260 m2, completed in 2017, offers a breathtaking view over the valley of Haute-Tarentaise.
Mountain lovers and novices alike will be delighted by the great comfort it offers.
Ideal for families and groups, the Chalet has 4 en-suite bedrooms, one with a bath, as well as an 8-person cabin.
The location is ideal, 10 minutes drive separate the Chalet from the foot of the slopes of La Rosière. There is also a shuttle, which stops behind the Chalet, which makes this trip. As for other surrounding resorts, the Funiculaire des Arcs is 20 mins by car, Sainte-Foy is 15 mins away and the Tignes - Val d'Isère area is 30 mins away.
For after-ski, you will be able to enjoy a stunning view on the Aiguille Rouge and the sunset on the Beaufortain.
For the summer season, there are many activities nearby. Many hiking trails are accessible from the Chalet, the density of passes in the region makes it an excellent playground for those who want to try road cycling. The resorts also offer downhill bike trails, mountain bike trails, a panoramic golf course (9 holes) at La Rosière, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a bowling alley ....

This chalet is our family property, we had it built in 2017. The view is stunning and we wanted through vast window bays that the scenery be THE guest. The construction materials are traditional but used in a simple and modern way.
What makes this property unique
View, quietness, simple access to the station with a free shuttle bus taking you to the first ski lifts and ski schools departure without walking more than 50 meters!
The chalet is ideally located to ski in La Rosiere, but as well to discover surrounding fabulous ski resorts Les Arcs, Tignes, Val d'Isere. All easily accessible for a day ride.
