A super semi-detached house set in a quiet residential area, that is very handy for local amenities and the blue flag beach of Sheringham. This is a great holiday house, perfect for both families and friends to enjoy. It is light and bright and furnished in a fresh, modern style.Ground floor: Hallway with door to Kitchen: situated downstairs with electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. WC and wash basin. Door into Lounge/diner: with TV and DVD player and dining table with chairs, double doors opening onto patio area.
First floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Family bathroom: with electric shower over bath, wash basin and WC.
Please note: Outside: enclosed patio to the side of the property. Amenities: WIFI. Bed linen provided, please bring own towels. High chair, travel cot (please bring own bedding) and stair gates are available, please request upon booking. 1 small dog welcome at £20.00 per week. Location: beach 400 metres, pubs and shops a 3-minute stroll. Allocated parking space.Please note that the information on this page is intended as a guide only. Well equipped small holiday let close to town centre

We found the place nicely decorated and modern. The kitchen had plenty of cutlery and crockery - and even a washing machine. It felt like a home away from home. It was well located, close to the town centre but in quiet spot. I would have liked more storage space - but that said the main bedroom had a wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. I found the bed a bit too squashy and there was not a great deal of space to get out for those who sleep on the side nearest the wall, but I coped and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, handy for town and with parking, always a bonus. Very clean and well equipped although toaster didnt work. Good to have another toilet downstairs if there are four of you. Mattress on double bed bit too soft. Would stay here again as good value.

A Birthday break

Having stayed in Sheringham earlier in the year we wanted somewhere nearer the centre and 2 Augusta Court was ideal, having a parking space is one of the things we look for. It had everything we needed.

Perfect position

The house was in a great spot, very close to shops and a short walk to the beach in a quiet spot. . Parking a bonus. The house itself was fine, but with hardly any storage space. The mattress on the double bed was very uncomfortable but the singles were good. It was great to have a patio area outside.

Excellent holiday home.

This was our first visit to No2 Augusta Court but it will not be our last. Our first impresion on arriving was excellent and we were not disappointed in any way. The location is very close to town and the beach is within easy walking distance. The home is in a quiet close with the benifit of off road parking. The home was very clean and well maintained with everything needed for a relaxing stay. We recommend this holiday home and also the help and expertise of Key Holidays.

A long weekend retreat.

2 Augusta Court was very clean, bright and well equipped on the whole. The drawback unfortunately was the mattress on the double bed which was hard and worn out and had obvious springs poking through. As there were only two of us we opted to sleep in the single beds which were comfortable. Had we taken our daughter this would not have been an option and we would not have been happy with the accommodation. There was no welcoming package and corners were cut, providing sanitiser instead of soap in the bathroom and the ends of poor quality toilet roll.This was such a shame as if left an unwelcoming feel in a house that had the potential to be excellent.

A fabulous week at Augusta Court

The house is perfect for a couple or small family holiday in Sheringham. It is a short and easy walk to either beach or town. It has everything you need, is very clean and even has a downstairs loo which is handy for children. We had a lovely holiday and will definitely be back.

Great location for a break in Norfolk

A lovely house in an excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the seafront or steam railway. Everything that we needed for our stay was provided and the property was very clean and well presented. The parking space is an added bonus. The key box very hard to find ,and as COVID has been lifted the 4pm take over time is to long should go back to 2pm ,had problems with TV from the start but the owner sorted it out NOT keys ,we have been here (sheringham) 3 times will come again but I'm afraid not with keys holidays

Brilliant location with parking

Everything we needed for a lovely stay. A parking spot which is a must in Sheringham. Cosy and warm, just what you need after a day out. A short walk to the high st and all facilities. We would definitely return. Only slight nark was the tv was difficult (for us) to get on. Once we had sussed it out it was fine.

Amazing Sheringham

The property was perfect so close to main shopping street and eateries. It has a small courtyard which catches the sun. The bedrooms where a good size with good wardrobes and drawers. The bathroom with over head shower in the bath. Kitchen and lounge were as you would expect. Overall view excellent

Wonderful week at Augusta Court

Excellent house in good position

The house exceeded my expectations. The appliances and fittings are all new and the decor bright and modern with no clutter. The little courtyard catches the sun and is protected from the wind. It's a short stroll to the beach or town and the parking space, though tight, is a major advantage. It was very clean and the new surfaces meant it also felt very hygienic.
