Beautiful completely renovated 3 bedroom 3 bath home. Ideally located steps (3-5 minute walk) from St Armand's Circle shops and restaurants and minutes from downtown Sarasota. Walk to famous Lido Key beach (Approx 10 minute walk). Professionally designed, furnished and outfitted.

Primary Bedroom has king bed, closet, flat screen TV, en-suite with double sinks, and walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed, tv, closet and also en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Third bedroom has a king bed, tv, and closet. Family Room outfitted with large flat screen TV, comfortable couches and chairs, sliders to outside living space by the pool. Dining area seats 8 and also has 6 bar stools for additional seating. Kitchen is open concept to dining area and family room - great for entertaining. Fully equipped with all utensils and appliances.

Outdoor pool and seating areas provide privacy and relaxation. Back yard is walled in for privacy. Outdoor furniture includes 5 chaise lounges pool side. Table and 6 chairs, and sitting area under outside lanai for shade, relaxing, eating, and sitting by the pool. Propane gas fire pit with seating. (Propane supplied by renter) Gas (propane) grill. 6 beach chairs.

Excellent stay

Lisa is a very responsive host answers any questions quickly. Loved using the warm salt water pool & the house is modern and ideal for a family stay. Lido beach and St Armands circle with great shops and restaurants are only a walk away.

2024 Sarasota family trip

Another wonderful Sarasota vacation, the VRBO was a very nice, clean and updated home with plenty of room for my family. A large back yard all within a short walk to the circle

St Armands Circle

Perfect for our needs. Sarasota/St Armands has been a favorite destination for us. We would certainly look to revisit here first, if we should plan another trip to the area.

The best place on St Armands

After 22 consecutive years of visiting St Armands and staying at a variety of properties, nothing compares to this home. Great location, super easy to work with property host, beautiful and spotless home, awesome backyard, LOVE the saltwater pool. We have no desire to go anywhere else in the future. Thank you Lisa for allowing us to use your beautiful home! We’ll be back!

Perfect!

This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The house was extremely clean, beautifully furnished and a short walk to St. Armand's Circle. The pool and back yard were exactly what we needed to escape the heat. We would absolutely recommend and plan to come back soon!

Great location

We loved out stay on Lido Key! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host quickly responded when we had a question. The location is great. We rented a golf cart and never drove our car. It was a quick ride to town or to the beach. We will definitely be back!

The Best Outdoor Space

I've rented this house twice now and it is such a great location. My favorite part though is the pool and backyard. Large, sunny, open space with comfortable lounge chairs and also a large shaded area with dining table and seating for a group. Perfect for all to be together and hang out for the day.

Great Location

First time from all the places we stayed, this wonderful home beat all expectations! We were close to St. Armand’s and Lido beach. We walked every where. The pool was wonderful. Everything contained this home was first class.

Wonderful family vacation home

We stayed at this property during the last week of June and we are a family of four. This property is a 10 out of 10. Everything in the home is up to date, very clean, and the location is perfect. It's a short walk to restaurants and shops in St. Armand's Circle and Lido beach. Our family had a wonderfully relaxing stay. We would go out for day trips in the morning then come back to relax by the pool into the evening. The property owner was incredibly pleasant and super helpful. No complaints. We will be back to rent again! Thank you to Lisa and her family for sharing their home with us.

It cannot get any better than this. The house and pool are perfect as is the neighborhood. St. Armand’s and Lido Beach are just blocks away. Lisa is a great owner and very responsive to any requests. Cannot wait to be back next year!

Great Sisters Week

Lisa’s home was the perfect place for us….four sisters. We loved the space that provided us with plenty of privacy as well as together time. It was so clean and the updated en suite bathrooms were beautiful. We spent a lot of time in the backyard enjoying the pool and the comfy furniture under the shaded porch. Thank you!

Third stay as good as first!

We have rented this property three times and always enjoy our time here. The home is well laid out for a big family - we had 6 adults and three children under 3. The real beauty is that the home is two blocks from “the circle” and a quick walk to the beach- was great with babies that needed to go back to the house to nap in the afternoon. Easy walk to dinner or morning stroll. There are also two rollaway twin size beds that I don’t think are listed in the amenities- which would have been helpful instead of traveling with blow up mattresses. Great home, pool was awesome and there is also grass for little ones to run around in the fenced yard. You can’t go wrong with this property!

Great location! Would definitely stay here again.

I will start by saying that the hosts were very responsive whenever we had any questions or needed anything. This property was located perfectly within walking distance of Lido Key Beach and St. Armand's Circle. Everything we needed was at the house. Our own private back yard with heated pool, nice patio, covered seating area, firepit, grill for cooking,etc. We would definitely stay here again. The dining area had plenty of room for us all to sit and eat or play games in the evening. The living room TV was good size for viewing some March Madness basketball. The kids would have liked to have bigger TVs in their bedroom, but my wife and I hoped it actually kept them doing other things. Great place!!!

Slice of paradise on Lido Key

We spent a week at this beautiful home with my parents and our toddler (2 yo) and pre teen (12yo). We all had an awesome vacation on Lido Key at this property. The location is literally 2 minutes walk from St Armand's so it was a quick walk to restaurants and ice cream shops etc in the evening. The interior of the home is very updated and clean. The backyard was like an "oasis," the pool and outdoor seating area has a wonderful shaded area with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. We stayed in the backyard and the pool area most the trip and it was so relaxing and peaceful. Thank you Lisa for sharing your beautiful home we can't wait to return!

Beautiful house and location is great !

It was a great family vacation with the perfect location. House was great and we really enjoyed using the pool each day. Walked to St. Armands square for lunch or ice cream. The marina is close by for our boat that we brought. Drove to Lido Beach and dropped off all the supplies and then came back to house to park, since the parking is crazy during the 4th of July. But just got an Uber back to the beach for $4. The only thing I would update in the house is the 2 single bed mattress, as they are fine for children, but not for Adults.

Women's Vacation

Beautiful house in an ideal, quiet location. 1.5 blocks to St. Armand Circle and walking distance to the beach. You can park the car and forget it until you leave, unless you want to explore Sarasota, Siesta Key, and other beautiful locations in the area. We had little glitch with the house upon arrival but John the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us and we found ourselves having a great time. We were able to fully enjoy the house, amazing yard, and pool area. Just a side note, it’s required to wash all bedding but there seems to be an issue with the washer that should be looked at. Would absolutely recommend this home for your vacation!

This house has it all! Pictures don't do it justice

We stayed in this home with our parents and our two little boys (2 years and 9 months). After reading many reviews, we decided to book this house. We are so glad that we did. We had stayed on Lido Key the same week last year but wanted to be closer to St Armands Circle so the homes location couldn't have been more perfect for us. As soon as we arrived we were impressed with how clean and spacious the house was. My father in law commented all week about how the backyard was like our little personal paradise. There was plenty of places to lounge and rafts and toys to play with in the pool. There was a nice mix of sun and shade as well. The beds were very comfortable and there were more than enough linens and towels so we didn't have to do laundry very frequently. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We were so happy with our stay- we didn't want to leave. The photos on the VRBO listing truly don't do the house justice. Its beautiful. We are hoping to stay at this home again next year!

Updated and convenient to St Armand's Circle

This house met all of our expectations. Updated kitchen and bathrooms, roomy living area with very comfortable furniture, large dining area and very nicely landscaped private backyard with pool, lounge chairs and spacious dining table. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for eating in. The backyard has a storage shed with several beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, cooler, and sand toys for the kids. It has a beach wagon to help get your stuff to the beach. Since it is a little ways to the beach by foot with beach gear(10 minutes) we loaded up my truck and drove to the public beach (free parking) were you will find snack bar and restrooms. As far as access to St Armand's Circle you can't beat it. 2 minute walk to Columbia Restaurant and all that the circle has to offer. Communication with the owners was excellent. We were able to get in to the house a couple hours earlier than check so that was nice. As listed on VRBO this unit expects all towels and linens to be washed and dried before leaving. Knowing this, we brought along our own linens and towels to to use the last night/morning while the owners were drying since we left before 6am and would have been unable to have them washed and dried before we were to leave. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Couldn’t ask for a better location.

To summarize, the house, the POOL, the location were absolutely the best. My 6 year old granddaughter wanted me to buy the house so she could stay forever. She said it felt like home. Maybe Lisa will sell it to us, LOL

We are from New England and love to travel. We found St. Armands/ Sarasota several years ago and kept coming back again and again. We just love the ambiance of this little area - from St. Armands to Sarasota to Longboat Key. What a wonderful area - we couldn't be happier to have found this home away from home.

We have enjoyed St. Armands / Sarasota area for some time - so we decided to buy a vacation home. The moment we walked into this gem - we were in love. A perfect place for us to call home when we vacation, the location couldn't be better. We hope you love our paradise as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

Location Location Location. It doesn't get any better than St. Armand's. You're at the beach with a short walk, a two minute walk and you're at St. Armands circle. A fabulous place to shop, walk around, dine, have their famous ice cream at the local ice cream shop, and you're also in town for the opera and the theater with a ten minute drive.
