Lakeside very large double en-suite bedroom with fabulous views and facilities
Located in Hampton Vale, Peterborough
Our double bedroom offered to our guests is part of a highly specified and extremely clean modern newly built lakeside townhouse with great quality local amenities, shops, restaurants, a lakeside pub, Regular transport to the city centre and surrounding areas.
It sits in a very tranquil area with an almost village like feel.
Approx 5 minutes by car to the A1 and East of England showground from the A15 (very handy for those attending Progressive property events), 10 minutes to Lynchwood, Perkins and Peterborough railway station and about 25 minutes to Stamford for those attending The Burleigh Horse Trails or visiting Burleigh House.
We love this area. Its got a village feel, but with small town amenities and great transport links to the city which is not that far away if you haven't got a car.
The house with its larger than most en-suite bedroom is extremely modern, very clean and well presented. We take great pride in our facilities and guest comfort to make your stay pleasurable.
The house is located in front of a lake, which makes for a relaxing and tranquil stay with great views.
For those that like great food there is an amazing Italian restaurant and country feel pub less than two minutes walk away.
We are really pleased to be able to offer guests the opportunity to stay at our home as their "home away from home"

Despite being so near to great transport links it is in a very tranquil area and a great (almost village like) local community feeling.
5 minutes by car from the A1 and East of England showground, 3 minutes from the A15 and only approximately 10 minutes from Lynchwood and Parkway and the train station, 25 minutes by bus from the City Centre.
There is car parking within a minutes walk from the house, round the corner, near a parade of a great selection of shops, restaurants.
For those who love exercise the surrounding area has great purpose made cycle and running paths
