presented very clean and modern. good facilities in the house , shame about the neighboring houses

the property is delightful and spacious and well designed- parking is ok we had a power cut on arrival (storm callum) and was surprised to find low stock of logs for wood burner (you need to purchase your own ) and no candles (not sold at local shop trip to betws y coed again !) . we since discovered Capel Curig has frequent power cuts. nice walk behind the property and good food at local pub 5 minutes walk
