Beautiful apartment direct access beach

Apartment T2 30 m2 + balcony 5 m2 completely renovated in 2016 ideally located in small condominium composed of two separate buildings overlooking a park overlooking the beautiful beach of Platin. Direct access to the beach from the garden without crossing the road. The seaside resort of St Palais, on a human scale with its bars and restaurants on the beach, is 10 minutes walk and 5 minutes by bike through the bike path located at the entrance of the residence. To get there you can also take the customs path accessible directly from the residence.
Forest of the Coubre 5 minutes by car. Km of bike paths to walk along the coast and its many beaches (rentals in the city center and parking bikes possible in the basement of the residence.).
St Palais sur Mer offers many leisure activities: water sports course (sailing, surfing, kayaking ...) golf and equestrian center (5 minutes from the residence), cycling, yachting, the islands of Olérons, Aix, the lighthouse of Cordouan and many others, the villages of Talmont-sur-Gironde, Mornac-on-Seudre, Brouage, the point of Médoc and its large vineyards. 1 bed 140cm and 2 bunk beds 80 cm

very small Appartment

the apartment was described as suitable for up to four people. However, the apartment is only 33 square meters in size. There is a separate bedroom in the attic with a French double bed and two further folding beds (one above the other) which are attached to the wall. I had hoped that there would be a couch in the “living room” downstairs that could be used as a bed - the pictures in the ad suggest this. However, in the place of the couch, there is now a sofa that is not suitable for sleeping. The apartment is very close to the beach - however, due to the sharp stones in the water you cannot swim at low tide (and about two hours before and after) - if you do, you will injure yourself. The landlord described this in a folder in the apartment, but I only saw it afterwards.

Au plus prêt des flots...

Nous avons loué cet appartement 1 semaine à Noël. Le descriptif est en total conformité. L'accueil de Sandrine, la Majordame, fût très chaleureux et efficace. Tout est organisé pour un séjour impeccable. L'océan et sa très jolie plage sont au pied de la résidence. C'est un atout incroyable pour démarrer une belle balade le long du sentier des douaniers ou juste rester face Océan et admirer le paysage. Le centre ville est vraiment à coté, 15 minutes à pieds, en longeant l'Océan ou en passant par des rues aux maisons si élégantes et typiques de la région. Nous avons peu cuisiné, mais tout est en quantité suffisante (vaisselles, couverts, verres etc...) pour se faciliter la vie. A disposition : le nécessaire pour démarrer un séjour sans se soucier des courses dans l'immédiat, à savoir les condiments, thé, café etc. La petite salle de bain a été très bien conçu, avec une machine à laver. La chambre est accessible par un escalier, doté d'un grand lit bien confortable. Nous avons apporté nos oreillers. Le plaisir du matin : admirer le ciel depuis le lit, grâce à la fenêtre de toit. En tête de lit, une grande ouverture vitrée apporte la lumière naturelle de la grande baie vitrée du salon. L'espace salon, avec un canapé douillet donnant sur une belle terrasse où l'on peut voir l'Océan. La résidence est propre et calme. Un parking public est juste à l'entrée, assez grand pour ne pas se soucier du stationnement. Notre séjour fût formidable en tout point. Nous reviendrons c'est certain

Angenehme Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung in Saint Palais sur Mer ist zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich und kuschelig. Es ist an alles gedacht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ebenso. Zum Schlafzimmer gelangt man über eine steile Treppe. Am besten reist man mit kleinem Gepäck, denn die Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt. Vom geräumigen Balkon aus hat man einen Blick aufs Meer. Der Sandstrand selbst liegt fußläufig unmittelbar hinter dem Park. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
