Cosy sunny and quiet attic near beach in Barcelona

Attic (six floor) with lift in center of Barcelona in the neighborhood of Barceloneta in downtown. 46 square meters with a big communal terrace. Good features: very calm (top apartment), bright, sun at the sunrise and sun at the sunset and next to beach (200 meters). Air condition, ADSL- optic fiber, furnished apart.

In Barcelona is not easy to find an apartment with all spaces with natural light, far from neighbor windows and quiet. As soon as the sun rise it appear in the house and also you have it at the sun sat. The terrace is south west orientation. the best, and you can eat most of the time, also we have an awning for the sun in the terrace for the hot days.

There is a terrace that is communal, usually nobody go there except me.
There is a lift, unusual in Barceloneta quarter.

There is plenty of day life with a Mercado 100 meters, restaurants, at night is quiet because in this area the bars close terraces at 12 night in summer. there are all the facilities in a area of 200 meters even the metro station and buses.

Is a seaman quarter with personality and some old authentic restaurants. We are 8 minutes walk from "el Born" the most trendy quarter in Barcelona.

There are buses several buses 150 meters from the door, the metro is 200 meters far from apartment. Several places of rent bike or scooters. 12 minutes walk to cathedral or townhall; 8 minutes walk the Born neighborhood with downtown trendy clothes shops and restaurants.
