Buena estancia

Buen apartamento si te gusta estar en el centro de ocio de la ciudad. Aunque se echan en falta algunos pequeños detalles, éstos no empañan la valoración general que es muy positiva. No nos importaría repetir.

Terrible service by the management company

Terrible service. Do not rent from this company From beginning to end the service was terrible. Arrived at the apartment and blind broken so no cover from morning light or evening street lights. This was fixed the following day but had terrible first night sleep. We only had half the bedding we required. No duvet covers, not enough pillow cases or sheets for the beds. Sheets left at door following day, during covid we did not feel comfortable sleeping on beds with no bedding. Things needing repair. Fridge broken. Bed leg broken, hair dryer unsafe to use. All of the above would have been forgotten however .....the worst part. Being told that we could park for free on a street 15mins walk from apartment and we got over 200euros worth of fines when we returned to car equating to over 525euros once car hire also fined us per ticket. Company took zero responsibility dispite messages clearly telling us to park there ....or help us to figure out how to pay fines (as we had left Granada and no online direction to pay fine) Just simply said they can't help. Really spoiled the last cpl days of our trip. Would not use again

Apartamento con mucho encanto (Booking) Muy buena atención por parte de todo el equipo de caseros, en todo momento se puede contar con ellos. El apartamento es una pasada muy acogedor, muy buena decoración, situado a tan solo la vuelta de esquina de la catedral. Buena zona para comer algo situada en una plaza de mucha variedad de bares. Sin duda un espacio pensado para los clientes, lo recomiendo a todos no perdáis la oportunidad de visitarlo.
