On the same level is an open plan living space with seating area, dining area, kitchen and French windows to an outside deck with furniture. There are ten acres of heath, woodland and meadows with picnic tables to walk. A mile from the village, 1 Shippen Cottages is a comfortable cottage for a relaxing break in Devon.
