This big comfortable farmhouse is situated 2 1/2 miles from the North Devon town of Holsworthy and can sleep 11 people in four bedrooms.
Yellowland Farm is a comfortable, spacious farmhouse on a 75 acre farm near the Devon town of Holsworthy. The house sleeps 11 people in four bedrooms, two family rooms with en suite shower rooms, a double and twin, plus a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a hall, a sitting room with wood burning stove, a kitchen and a dining room. Outside is an enclosed garden, an indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi in a barn, a games barn, adventure playground and the farm to wander. Just 2½ miles from the town, Yellowland Farm is a friendly destination for a super holiday in Devon. Note: All bookings during school holiday time must be a 7-night minimum.
Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge-freezer, freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for five cars.
