This semi-detached cottage is situated in St Issey on the north Cornish coast and can sleep eight people in three bedrooms.
Mays Cottage is a beautiful, semi-detached cottage combining modern comfort with ancient features within walking distance of a wonderful stretch of the north Cornish coast near St Issey. It can accommodate eight guests in three comfortable bedrooms, two with en suite shower rooms and a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove and an open plan kitchen with conservatory/dining area. Large, enclosed garden with two patio areas and parking for two cars. Mays Cottage is a perfect all year round base for families to explore north Cornwall.
Amenities: Central heating with underfloor heating and a woodburner Smart kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and electric cooker. WIFI. VDU/DVD Big conservatory with TV. 4 steps up from Parking area to entrance. Large enclosed and sunny garden with lawn. Two patios with table and chairs and barbecue. Ground floor bathroom.
Footpath or cycle to Padstow (3 miles) Outside warm shower for sandy children and dogs. Washing machine and tumble drier and wet suit drying area in garage. Cot and high chair available. 2 well behaved dogs welcome (no bigger than a labrador please) Sorry, no cats and no smoking. Pub in the village of St Issey. Sand and surf beaches 5 miles away at Trevose Head. Excellent sailing at Rock and Golf 10 miles away at St Enodoc 2.5 miles to the Camel Trail to Padstow.
