Mehr Meer geht nicht💖

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der "Villa Albatros" sehr genossen. Das Anwesen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alle Räumlichkeiten sind meer als geschmackvoll gestaltet. Der Pool ist wirklich beheizt und warm Dank Wärmepumpe und der Jacuzzi gepflegt Dank Xavier Die Umgebung bietet ausserdem die Möglichkeit ausgedehnter Spaziergänge und schöner Ausflüge wie : Bormes les Mimosa, Le Lavandou, Cassis, Bandol, St. Tropez, Sanary sur Mer u.v.m.

We hebben genoten!

What you see is what you get. De prachtige foto's representeren exact hoe de woning is. Fantastisch! Erg netjes en goed onderhouden. Prachtige keuken. Ik raad iedereen aan om deze woning te huren. Zwembaden worden om de dag onderhouden. In de buurt waarin de woning zijn diverse leuke restaurants en andere faciliteiten te vinden.

Splendide, mais..

La propriété est magnifique et bénéficie d'une vue absolument extaodrinaire. La cuisine est moderne, avec un équipement archi complet. Le salon est splendide. Et l'ensemble est décoré avec grand goût. La grande piscine est très bien entretenue et nous en avons beaucoup profité. Ce fut moins le cas avec le jacuzzi, que nous aurions préféré moins chaud (38 degrés). L'accès direct à la plage est un + très appréciable. Quelques ombres au tableau cependant, qui concernent les chambres en annexe: 1) l'une est présentée comme étant pour 2 personnes alors que le lit est encastré entre 2 murs et qu'il faut ramper depuis le bas du lit pour poser sa tête sur l'oreiller; tout comme il faut 'grimper' sur le lit pour ranger ses affaires dans la commode ! c'est, au mieux, une chambre d'enfant 2) la seconde chambre, elle, est confortable mais baigne dans une très forte et désagréable odeur. Mis à part ces désagréments notre séjour a été parfait. Un grand merci à Marie & Michel pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité.

Haus in Traumlage, aber...

Das Haus liegt in absoluter Traumlage in erster Reihe zum Meer. Die große Terrasse bietet ein eindrucksvolles Panorama. Der Pool ist ok und ohne Meerblick. Der Whirlpool steht direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer und man hat bei der Benutzung ebenfalls vollen Meerblick. Das Haus hat zusätzlich einen Wintergarten, der Sitzgelegenheiten auch bei Vollbelegung ermöglicht. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf und der Strand sind auch zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Auch für unseren Hund gab es genug Auslauf. Soweit ist auch die Beschreibung auch zutreffend. Das Aber: Der Zustand des Hauses lässt- vor allem auch für diesen hohen Preis - sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Ausstattung ist für ein Haus in dieser Preisklasse z.T. einfach nur billig und funktioniert nur mäßig (Kühlschrank, Grill, Waschmaschine, Trockner, keine Markise funktionierte, Griff von Eingangstür fällt dauernd ab, Außentüren im Wintergarten nicht zu verriegeln). Es ist z.T. erheblich abgewohnt (insbesondere auch die Küche, das Bad und die Terrassenmöbel), jede Ecke mit unnötigen Krimskrams vollgestopft (was macht z.B. eine professionelle Schinkenschneidemaschine im Schlafzimmerschrank??) und bei Übernahme alles andere als sauber. Hier fehlt es einfach an der nötigen Sorgfalt. Beispielsweise waren Küche und Bad nur oberflächlich gereinigt, die Handtücher zwar gewaschen, aber noch so feucht zusammengelegt, dass sie alle nochmals in den Trockner mussten, um keine Stockflecken zu bekommen. Im Haus roch es teilweise modrig, aus Dusche und Toilette zog vor allem nachts ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch durch das Schlafzimmer. Apropos Bad: hier werden in der Beschreibung 2 Bäder und 3 Toiletten angegeben. Das gesamte Haus verfügt aber nur über ein recht kleines Bad mit einem Waschbecken und einer Dusche und eine separate Toilette. Zu zweit ok, zu acht... Auch weitere Beschreibungen stimmen nur teilweise: Parkplätze (auf enger Straße vor dem Haus), Fitnessraum (ein altes Fahrrad neben dem Pool), Satelliten/ Kabel TV (nur in einem Schlafzimmer ohne internationale Programme). Fazit: Traumlage, aber kein Traumhaus. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Breathtaking views!

What an amazing place to celebrate with friends! Eight of us enjoyed five days here watching sunsets from the patio, swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Inside the home was very clean and perfect with AC. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials which made making meals easy! On overall wonderful way for eight of us to celebrate some birthdays!

Ultimate location

Fantastic setting. We loved the huge terrasse and the heated pool end of october. Having a glass of champagne and sitting in the whirlpool while watching one of these colorful sunsets is an experience you should´t miss. Thank you Carol for offering us this amazing holiday home and thank you Cristelle for looking after that everything works.

Calme sérénité et volupté

Une lumière omniprésente agrémentée d'éléments aquatiques variés, piscine, spa, mer confèrent à cette demeure un charme raisolument paradisiaque. L' intérieur est complété par un équipement de haute qualité qui ravira les gastronomes.La décoration relève du bon goût et de la sobriété: magnifique. Bref il faut souffrir pour en partir! Site exceptionnel

Depuis 5 ans nous avons séjourné à 3 reprises aux Albatros. A chacun de nos passages dans ce lieu exceptionnel, nous avons pu apprécier et bénéficier des travaux d'embellissements apportés par la propriétaire. Une maison qui vit et évolue. Amazing coastal villa with incredible views out to sea. Most relaxing holiday ever!

I stayed at Les Albatros with my husband and 9 month old baby and had the most wonderful holiday. The owner Carole was able to provide a high chair and cot which made travelling from the UK so much easier. The villa is spacious, clean, and has everything you could possible need to make it a very relaxing holiday. It's also perfect for romantic couples who can enjoy a glass of champagne on the terrace, or relax in the hot tub, watching the sunset. The location is perfect - it's away from busy tourist areas so you can enjoy a tranquil holiday but close enough to local amenities such as shops, bars, and restaurants so that you don't feel isolated. There are numerous restaurants an easy walk away, serving delicious seafood and fresh fish. You can access a pebbled beach from the villa or walk 100m to a beautiful sandy beach. Or for those who hate sand, you can just relax by the pool in the villa. I couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay and would recommend it to my friends. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality Carole.

Un cadre exceptionnel pour des vacances de rêves

Nous commencerons par parler de la vue unique qui s'offre à nous dès notre arrivée dans la maison. La mer et rien que la mer. Nous posons nos valises et nous ne trouvons même pas la force de les défaire tant l'on est subjugués par la vue unique qui se présente devant nous : La mer Méditerranée. En dessous la plage. A côté la piscine. Derrière le SPA. Nous étions assurés de passer de bonnes vacances. Et la promesse que l'on s'était faite s'est avérée exacte. Une merveilleuse maison entièrement décorée dans un style moderne et cocooning, agréable et relaxant. Bercés par les bruits des vagues nous avons même pu assister au feu d'artifice d'ouverture de saison estivale, directement tiré au large des sablettes alors que nous profitions du SPA. Je reste évasif car il faut le voir pour y croire et laisser la surprise aux autres locataires, qui jalousement (je l'avoue) passerons eux aussi des vacances merveilleuses. On veut déjà y retourner. Je recommande.

Vacances au top

Premier séjour a toulon et jeune marié , j´ai choisi cette villa pour faire plaisir a mon épouse . Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique , le cadre et splendide ,la propriétaire et géniale et le spa l'hiver avec vue sur la mer c'est du top. La maison est très bien équipé avec des Grand écran de télévision ,douche ,cuisine toute équipé , internet et autre que je Vous laisse le soin de découvrir par vous même . Merci a la propriétaire pour son accueil et sa gentillesse , j'espère pouvoir revenir cette été .

Un très bon week-end

Merci pour ce bon week d hiver end avec nos enfants. La maison est tellement charmante et si bien située que l on peut profiter de son cadre idyllique même en hiver grace au solarium et sa terrasse ensoleillée.
